Abstract

Provided is a scroll type fluid machine (1) having a tube structure (40). This tube structure (40) includes a boss (36) fitted in a through hole (4a) from the outside of a closed container (4), for forming a joint portion (42) so as to seal the through hole (4a) between itself and the closed container (4), an inner tube (38) of a copper-plated iron base material fitted in the boss (36) and inserted into a scroll unit (12), and an outer tube (8) of a copper base material fitted in the inner tube (38) and arranged to protrude from the boss (36) to the outer side of the closed container (4). The boss (36) is made of a copper-plated iron base material having an iron-exposed portion (48), in which the iron base material is exposed to the outside at the joint portion (42).
