Description
"ELEVATING MECHANISM WITH PERMANENT MAGNET FOR PRINTING MACHINE IN GENERAL"
The present request of Utility Model Patent refers to a new "ELEVATING MECHANISM WITH PERMANENT MAGNET FOR
PRINTING MACHINE IN GENERAL", especially of a mechanism to be applied in printing machines in general, plane and rotative, preferentially those destined to the stamping of great formats that use cylindrical screens of any width or diameter, for so much said mechanism is constituted of a elevating system capable to approximate or to move away permanent magnets of the receiving table of the rug/fabric to be printed in way to adjust mechanically the magnetic force.
The machine in that the subject mechanism is applied is destined to the textile industry in general, in the stamping of fabrics applied to any purpose that is wanted.
The state of the technique knows two techniques to print fabrics. The first technique uses metallic micro-perforated cylinders and the second technique uses pictures or screens in polyester or nylon. In both cases, it is necessary a device to compress the printing paste against the cylinder or the screen with the purpose of extravasate the paste and transfer the drawing to the fabric.
The models of devices applied now use rulers or electromagnets. The rulers have a blade that forces the printing paste against the wall of the matrix by the approach movement, being in the case of micro-perforated cylinders or screens. The blades of the rulers can be of rubber, nylon or even metallic, generally stainless steel.
The devices that use electromagnets, a series of electromagnetic bobbins are positioned at the bottom of the machine, more specifically under the
receiver carpet of the fabric to be printed and over the matrix or in its interior is placed a metallic stick which is attracted by the magnetic field of the electromagnet, of this way compressing the stick against the wall of the matrix forcing the extravasating of the stamping paste and transferring the drawing to the fabric. For adjust the wished pressure of printing, it changes the tension in the bobbins of the electromagnet, increasing or reducing the magnetic field, exercising larger or smaller force in the stick.
Both mentioned techniques present deficiencies. In the case of rulers, it is necessary the frequent substitution of the blades, that suffer waste with the use, and of their fixation components. Besides the replacement cost of the pieces, it has to consider the cost of the labor made available for the accomplishment of the service.
In the case of the electromagnets, the main inconvenience refers to maintenance of the bobbins that are highly demanded, could be burn. Such bobbins have high cost of replacement, besides the whole necessary electric system to control the bobbins. Moreover, it has to consider the cost with necessary electric power to generate the magnetic field and to keep the system working, which increases the final cost of the product.
Aware of the inconvenient and technical limiting above exposed, the inventor, acting person in the textile segment, has created the subject mechanism that uses permanent magnets fixed to a support passible of vertical movement, activated in an electromechanical or manual manner, which when moved approaches or removes the permanent magnet of the metallic stick consequently increasing or reducing the magnetic field and, therefore the force of compression.
The innovated mechanism works with the same metallic stick used in the electromagnet device to compress the paste against the matrix, don't be necessary the utilization of electric power in this principle. Moreover, the
innovated mechanism is compact, of low cost, free of operational charge and practically exempt of maintenance.
Like the attraction of the permanent magnet is constant there is the need to different levels of attraction against the stick for the adjustment of the pressure of printing, passible to give by the requested mechanism.
To follow, the innovation will be explained technically, using as base the drawing below represented of an illustrative and not limiting way:
Figure 1: Cut view f the elevating mechanism with permanent magnet for printing machine in general. The "ELEVATING MECHANISM WITH PERMANENT
MAGNET FOR PRINTING MACHINE IN GENERAL"; object of this Utility Model Patent solicitation applies to the textile industry, in which the elevating mechanism (1) enables use of permanent magnets (2) adaptable to a longitudinal support (3) then supported in compatible spindle (4) and shirt (5) acted by moto-reducer assembly (6) or even manually (not represented), thus enabling regulate mechanically the magnetic field and compression force by the dismissal or approach of the magnet (2) properly said regarding the metallic stick (not represented).
Of a more defined way, the new disposition highlights the utilization of permanent magnets in place of the conventional electromagnets.
More particularly, the elevating mechanism (1) is constituted by a transversal support (3) located at the bottom of the machine under the fixed receiver table (M), in a not conductive material, of the support carpet of the fabric to be printed. The table necessarily has to be fixed to guarantee the distance between stick and magnet. In said support (3), halfway permanent magnets are allocated (2), properly fixed by screws (7) or other elements of fixation already known. Of the extremities of the mentioned support (3) they are projected vertical shirts (5) endowed of internal threads (Rl) compatible and
concentric with external threads (R2) of the spindles (4), coming of moto-reducer assembly (6) which makes possible the vertical displacement of the support (3) and magnets (2) regarding the metallic stick (not represented), located in the interior or over the matrix, which is attracted by the magnets (2), generating a magnetic field of intensity regulated mechanically by the dismissal or approach of the referred support (3), in order to increase or reduce the attraction on the stick.
Claims
1) "ELEVATING MECHANISM WITH PERMANENT MAGNET FOR PRINTING MACHINE IN GENERAL", wherein is constituted by a transversal support (3) located at the bottom of the machine under the table (M), and in the said support (3) permanent halfway magnets are allocated (2) properly fixed by screws (7); of the extremities of the support (3) vertical shirts are projected (5) having internal threads (Rl) compatible and concentric with external threads (R2) of the spindles (4) derivate of moto-reducer assembly (6) which makes possible the vertical displacement of the support (3) and magnets (2) regarding the metallic stick (not represented) which is attracted by the magnets (2) generating a magnetic field of intensity regulated mechanically.
