Abstract
電着槽をコンパクト化して、浮遊ぶつが表面に付着することの少ない自動車ボディ電着塗装方法を提供することを目的とし、 自動車のボディ11を電着槽16内の塗料17に浸すことにより、表面を電着塗装する自動車ボディ電着塗装方法であって、ボディ11を反転させた状態から角度θ斜めに傾け、傾けた状態で塗料17面に侵入させ、さらに反転させた状態まで回転させながら、垂直下降させることにより、塗料17内に浸す第1工程と、ボディ11を反転させた状態で、塗料17内を直進させる第2工程と、ボディ11を反転させた状態から、斜めに傾けるように回転させながら、垂直上昇させることにより、塗料17内から引き上げる第3工程と、を有する。
