Abstract

Disclosed is a cellulose ester film having excellent production characteristics and physical characteristics, which is formed by a melt film-forming process. Specifically disclosed is a cellulose ester film mainly composed of a cellulose ester, which is characterized in that the cellulose ester contains at least one cellulose ester having a number average molecular weight of 80,000-150,000 and at least one cellulose ester having a number average molecular weight of 10,000-50,000, and the content of the cellulose esters having a number average molecular weight of 80,000-150,000 is less than the content of the cellulose esters having a number average molecular weight of 10,000-50,000.
