Abstract

Gun in particular pistol having a handle (3) consisting on a body (31) and a detachable panel (32). Detachable panel (32) is attached on the body (31) by a set of the protrusions (311) situated on the body (31) and slipping into a set of curved grooves (321) that are placed on the detachable panel (32).Detachable panel (32) is secured by a safety componeηt (312) with a shifting plate (313) and by a stop (322) with a stop plate (323) that fits on the locking plate (313). There is a build-in hole (324) on the detachable panel (32) for the- plugging-in of the releasing tool (4) of the safety component (312).

GUN - IN PARTICULAR PISTOL Technical Field

[0001] Patent is related to the gun - in particular pistol and describes assembling of its handle.

Background Art

[0002] These days construction of gun's handle,especially of the pistols is known for its handle to be either hard- fastened to the frame of the gun, or its parts are fastened together with each other by non- switched joints, especially by bolted connections or driven pins, which are intended for the securing of the non-switched joint.

[0003] Shortcoming of mentioned solutions consist in fact that identical shape of the handle does not suit to every gun user and relevant shapes change is either technically impossible or design arduous and slow-pacing.

Disclosure of Invention

[0004] Gun - in particular pistol according to this invention - relieves mentioned shortages in a great measure. The subject matter is in that handle consists of the body and detachable panel which is fastened on the body by fastening mechanism completed by the safety mechanism. Fastening mechanism consists of a minimum of one protrusion that is created on an external side of body and of a minimum of one rounded groove created on an internal side of detachable panel, for the protrusion guide during slipping-on and detaching of detachable panel. At the same time each protrusion fits into corresponding groove.

[0005] Protrusion can be made as a raised square end- shaped figure and corresponding groove can be an embedded L- shaped letter.

[0006] Protrusions can be set up in a component that is stored in one axle line and pertaining grooves can be fastened together with each other in a combined formation.

[0007] Safety mechanism can form flexible safety component with shifting locking plate, placed backside of the body, and a stop with stop plate that is created in an internal side of detachable panel and which fits on the locking plate ofthe safety component. Simultaneously a hole for plugging in the releasing tool of the safety component is constructed on the external cover of detachable panel and situated against the safety component.

Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention

[0012] Gun - in particular pistol consists of the frame 1, barrel 2 and handle 3. The handle 3 compacts on the body 3_1 that is hard annexed to the frame 1 and detachable panel 32. Detachable panel 32 is attached on the backside of the body 31 by the fastening mechanism, completed with the safety mechanism. The fastening mechanism includes four protrusions 311 in the raised square end - shaped figure, which are situated on the external side of the body 3_1 of handle 3 and stored in one axle line that is parallel with the line of the body 3L The fastening mechanismalso comprises of four curved grooves 321 that have embedded L-shaped figure; they are locatedon the internal side of the body of detachable panel 32 and fastened together with each other in a combined formation. Every protrusion 311 dovetails into pertaining groove 321. Safety mechanism forms a flexible safety component 312 with shifting locking plate 313. placed backside of the body 3_1, and a stop 322 with stop plate 323 that is created in an internal backside of detachable panel 32. The stop plate 323 fits on the locking plate 313 ofthe safety component 312. Simultaneously, a hole 324 for plugging in the releasing tool 4 of the safety component 312 is constructed on the external cover of detachable panel 32 and situated against the safety component 312.

[0013] Detachable panel 32 is set on the backside of the body 3_1 of the handle 3 so that it is slipped over the body 31 of the handle 3 from the back to read forward in order that the grooves 321 fit into the protrusions 311 and after plugging in, it is consequently moved up according to the protrusions 311 routing in the grooves 321. After the locking plate 313 of the safety component 312 is pushed, it will touch down the stop plate 323 thereby the safety mechanism will secure the detachable panel 32 against backward extrusion. For the removal of detachable panel 32, the releasing tool 4 is plugged in the hole 324 on the backside of detachable panel 32, which will push safety component in 312 and locking plate 313 will be released from the stop plate 323. whereby the safety mechanism will activate detachable panel 32 to its backwards extrusion. Consequently, it is possible to remove the detachable panel 32 from the backside of the body 31 of handle 3 by pushing out counter way during setting-on.

Claims

[0001] Gun - in particular pistol is characterized by the fact that its handle (3) consists of the body (31) and detachable panel (32) that is attached on the body (31) by fastening mechanism, completed with safety mechanism. Fastening mechanism consists of a minimum of one protrusion (311), that is created on the external side of body (31) and one rounded groove (321), created on the internal side of the body of detachable panel (32), for the protrusion guide (311) during the slipping-on and detaching of detachable panel (32). At the same time each protrusion (311) fits into a corresponding groove (321).
