Abstract

The present invention relates to a hydraulic chuck for machine tools, where an armature is inserted in between a claw; which holds and rotates manufactured products; and a chuck housing, which extends the durability of the machine tool by minimizing the abrasion of the claw. The present invention is formed in three main parts including; a chuck housing (10) with bolt holes (13), all on the side of claw guide incision (12), where the claw guide incision (2) is formed to penetrate outwards in the directions 0° 120° 240° from the cylindrical product insertion hole (1) formed in the center of the body; a claw (20) capable of moving toward the center and outward of the chuck housing (10) above, by joining of a stepped pulley (21)and the claw guide incision (12) above; an armature (30) formed of iron inserted in between the stepped pulley (21) and the claw guide incision (12); and an armature control (40) formed of bolt 1 (41), a hard ball (42), and bolt 2 (43) consecutively installed into the bolt hole (13). The formation of the present invention minimizes the abrasion of the claw (20) and maximizes the durability. The formation of the present invention has effects of minimizing the abrasion of the claw and maximizing the durability of the claw. Also, bolts are installed in two layers on the bolt holes on both sides of claw guide incisions, enabling adjustment of the gaps between claws, armatures and claw guide incisions, so that even a small gap can be eliminated. Therefore, the manufacturing cost can be reduced as wastage of expensive claws is avoided, and it has effects of allowing precise manufacturing.
