Description

Description A DOCKING-TYPE CONTAINER
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to a docking-type container, more particularly to a docking-type container having a structure allowing contaning bodies holding different contents to be simply assembled with each other.
Background Art [2] A container is an object allowing a user to keep items in an inner space thereof and take out items therefrom according to necessity. [3] This kind of container is frequently used in order to accommodate, for example, paste materials, such as tooth paste and drugs. [4] Generally, the number of containers for tooth paste or chemicals are prepared according to the kinds of contents in the containers. [5] Meanwhilef, in a case where more than two kinds of paste materials are mixed with each other so as to achieve effectiveness, the two kinds of pastes materials are initially received in one container and are discharged therefrom so as to be used. [6] However, this case has a problem in that a reaction between the two materials occurs at a portion where the two kinds of materials are in contact with each other before being used, thereby causing a change of components of the material. Therefore, a container which allows material to be mixed is required in only case where more than one kind of material is used. [7] Therefore, a container, which has an interior divided into two portions by a separating film positioned at the center thereof so as to hold more than one kind of material, was developed. [8] However, such a container has a disadvantage in that a user has to use only content already received in the container, and it is impossible for the user to select two kinds of materials according to the user's desire. [9] Also, in a case where, among two kinds of materials, one kind of material received in one side of the container is rapidly used up according to the user's habit in use, there is a disadvantage in that it is difficult to use the other kind of material received the other side of the container when the one material held in the one side thereof has been completely used up.

[12] Also, in the present invention, the assmebling part may be an assmeling groove fromed at each contact surface where the bodies make contact with each other and an assmebling protuberance corresponding to the assmeling groove. The contact surface of each body includes two horizontal contact surfaces and may further include a position adjusting surface having a section of a wave-shape, the position adjusting surface being disposed between the two horizontal contact surfaces so as to adjust positions of the two bodies when the bodies are assembled with each other.
[13] Also, in the present invention, the assembling part may be assembling grooves formed at respective side surfaces of the bodies, the side surfaces corresponding to each other, and assembling members, which are engaged with the corresponding assembling grooves so as to allow the pair of bodies to be assembled with each other.
[14] Also, each body includes an upper protruding part, which integrally extends from one part of an upper end of the body and has the discharging part formed at an upper surface of the upper protruding part, and the upper protruding part additionally includes a fixing ring having an inner circumferential surface corresponding to an outer circumferential surface of the upper protruding part.
[15] Also, the discharging part of the body further includes a discharging cap having a pipe-shape, which has a lower part having an inner circumferential surface corresponding to an outer circumference surface of the discharging part and an upper part narrower toward a top of the cap, the discharging cap having an interior divided so as to prevent contents held in respective bodies from being mixed with each other before they are finally discharged.
[16] Also, each body includes a cover for closing/opening the discharging part of the body, and a body direction indicating part is additionally formed an a lower side of the body, and a cover direction indicating part corresponding to the body direction indicating part is additionally formed at an inner circumferential surface of the cover.
[17] Also, a rubber ring is additionally assembled between the body and the cover, and the body further includes a lower protruding part integrally formed at a part of a lower end of the body, and a fixing ring, which has an inner circumferential surface corresponding to each outer circumferential surface of the upper and lower protruding parts, is additionally assembled with the lower protruding part.
[18] Also, a first screw part is further formed at each outer circumferential surface of the upper protruding part or the lower protruding part, and a second screw part, which corresponds to the first screw part formed at the upper protruding part or the lower protruding part, is formed at the inner circumferential surface of the fixing ring. The upper protruding part of the body has an outlet, which has a diameter smaller than a diameter of the upper protruding part, formed at a central portion of the upper protruding part so as to easily control discharged amount of the contents.
Advantageous Effects
[19] According to the present invention, an assembling part is formed at a body so as to allow two kinds of containers, which hold different materials, respectively, according to a consumer's necessity or desire, to be easily assembled with each other.
[20] That is, for example, in a case of two kinds of tooth pastes, which have different ingredients, respectively, there is an advantage in that containers holding each material having a different flavor is selected and assembled according to the taste of a consumer. Also, in a case where one kind of material is used up, it is possible to replace a container, which has held the used-up material, with a new one so that an economic advantage is secured.
[21] Also, according to the present invention, two containers are assembled with each other in such a manner that assembling grooves formed at a body are fixedly assembled with an assembling member so that the two containers can be assembled in a simple manner.
[22] According to the present invention, a discharging cap is formed at a discharging part of the body. The discharging cap has a pipe-shape, which has a lower part having an inner circumferential surface corresponding to an outer circumference surface of the discharging part, and an upper part, which becomes narrower toward the top thereof, and has a divided interior thereof. Therefore, the amount of discharged contents is easily controlled, and contents received in each body aren't mixed with each other within the container until they are finally discharged.
[23] According to the present invention, a cover is included with a container. A body direction indicator is additionally formed at one side of a lower part of the body, and a cover direction indicator corresponding to the body direction indicator is additionally formed at the inner circumference of the cover. Therefore, it is possible to prevent contents different from each other from being stained on the cover due to confusion of the position of the cover in performing the operation of opening/closing the cover. [24] Also, according to the present invention, a rubber ring is additionally assembled between the body and the cover so that it is possible to prevent penetration of water or alien substances from the outside.
[25] Moreover, according to the present invention, an assembling part is formed at a contact surface between bodies, and the assembling part has an assembling groove and an assembling protuberance corresponding to the assembling groove so that it is possible to assemble two containers with each other in a simple manner.
[26] Moreover, according to the present invention, contact surfaces of containers are two horizontal contact surfaces. Also, a position adjusting surface having a section of a wave-shape is positioned between the two horizontal contact surfaces. Therefore, it is easy to adjust an assembling position of the two bodies so that the two bodies can be stably assembled with each other.
[27] Also, according to the present invention, an upper protruding part is formed at an upper end of the body, and a lower protruding part is formed at a lower end of the body. Also, the upper and lower protruding parts are coupled with each other by a fixing ring. Therefore, there is an advantage in that two bodies are fixedly assembled through each upper part or each lower part thereof.
[28] Also, according to the present invention, a first screw part is formed at an outer circumferential surface of the upper protruding part or the lower protruding part, and a second screw part corresponding to the first screw part is formed at an inner circumferential surface of the fixing ring. Therefore, it is possible to fixedly assemble the fixing ring with the upper or lower protruding part by a screw in a simple manner.
[29] Also, according to the present invention, a discharging cap has a pipe-shape, which has a lower part having an inner circumferential surface corresponding to an outer circumference surface of the discharging part, and is assembled with the discharging part of the body. Therefore, it is possible to assemble two bodies with each other by using only the discharging cap without a separating fixing ring. Also, because the discharging part has a shape which becomes narrower toward the top thereof, it is possible to prevent a large amount of material held in the container from being discharged by one discharging operation, and to easily adjust a discharging amount of the material.
[30] Also, it is possible to discharge two kinds of contents in contact with each other while having a shape similar to one line without separation from each other. Therefore, in a case where the user uses contents mixed with each other, the user conveniently uses the present invention.
[31] Also, according to the present invention, an outlet, which has a diameter smaller than a diameter of an upper protruding part, is formed at the center of the upper protruding part so that it is possible to easily adjust a discharged amount of contents without a separating discharging cap. [32] That is, the present invention provides a container in which two bodies are assembled with each other in such a manner that an assembling protuberance and an assembling groove are engaged with each other, and an upper protruding part and a lower protruding part are stably assembled with each other by a fixing ring. Also, the present invention provides a container, in which two containers are perfectly and fixedly assembled with each other by a position adjusting surface, the position adjusting surface restricting a movement of the container, and also provides a container allowing a user to adjust a discharged amount of contents by using a discharging cap.

Herein, the shape of the body 110 is not especially limited to the pillar shape having a semicircular section, and it should be noted that the body can have a polygonal pillar-shape. A side surface of the body is constituted by two horizontal contact surfaces 120 and a position adjusting surface 126 positioned between the two horizontal contact surfaces 120. The two horizontal contact surfaces have assembling protuberances 122 and assembling grooves 124, which are arranged symmetrically to each other in a horizontal direction. The position adjusting surface 126 has a sectional wave-shape and allows the two bodies to be positioned without mismatching, in a case where they are assembled with each other.
[51] An upper protruding part 130, which has an outlet 132 formed at an upper surface thereof, integrally extends from a portion of an upper end of the body 110. The outlet 132 provides a channel, through which contents 10 and 12 held within the body are discharged.
[52] A lower protruding part 136 integrally extends from a portion of a lower end of the body 110.
[53] In a case where the two docking-type containers 100 are assembled with each other, fixing rings 140 have inner circumferential surfaces corresponding to outer circumferential surfaces of the upper protruding part 130 and the lower protruding part 136, respectively.
[54] In the docking type containers 100 having such a structure, firstly, the two docking- type containers are positioned while their position adjusting surfaces 126 face each other. Secondly, the assembling protuberance 122 and the assembling groove 124, which are formed at one container, are engaged with the assembling groove part 124 and the assembling protuberance 122, which are formed at the other container.
[55] Thirdly, two fixing rings 140 are fixedly assembled with the upper protruding part
130 and the lower protruding part 136, respectively.
[56] Then, when the docking-type containers are slanted, two kinds of contents in the same amount are discharged through each outlet 132. Mode for the Invention
[57] 2 ~embodiment
[58] Hereinafter, a docking-type container according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 4.
[59] FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view of a docking-type container according to the second embodiment of the present invention.
[60] As shown in FIG. 4, the docking-type container 200 according to the second embodiment of the present invention is substantially equal to the container according to the first embodiment, except for a structure where a lower protruding part 136 isn't formed at the container 200, and an upper protruding part 230 is assembled with a discharging cap 250.
[61] Since the container doesn't include the lower protruding part 136, the container 200 according to the second embodiment has the upper protruding part 230 assembled with the discharging cap 250.
[62] According to such a structure, the container 200 according to the second embodiment has a large lower surface in contact with a bottom so that it is possible to maintain a state where the container can be stably erected.
[63] Meanwhile, the discharging cap 250 has a pipe-shape, which has an inner circumferential surface corresponding to an outer circumferential surface of the upper protruding part 230 and has an upper portion narrower toward the top thereof.
[64] Because of this, the container 200 according to the second embodiment allows two containers to be assembled with each other only by the discharging cap without a separate fixing ring. Also, the discharging cap has a structure where an upper portion becomes narrower toward the top thereof so that it is possible to prevent a large amount of material held in the containers from being discharged by one discharging operation, and to easily control the discharged amount of the material.
[65] Also, it is possible to discharge two kinds of contents in contact with each other while having a shape similar to one line without separation from each other. Therefore, in a case where the user uses contents mixed with each other, the user conveniently uses the present invention.
[66] Also, as shown, there is an advantage in that contents held in each body don't mixed with each other within the container before the held contents are finally discharged outside through each divided interior of the discharging cap.
[67] 3 —embodiment
[68] Hereinafter, a docking-type container according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 5.
[69] FIG. 5 is a sectional view of a main part of the docking-type container according to third embodiment of the present invention, in which the docking-type container is assembled.
[70] As shown in FIG. 5, the container 300 according to the third embodiment is substantially equal to the container according to the second embodiment, except for a structure where screw grooves 334 are additionally formed at outer circumferential surfaces of an upper protruding part 330 and a lower protruding part, respectively, and screw threads 352 are additionally formed at an inner circumferential surface of a lower part of the discharging cap 350 so that each protruding part and the discharging cap are assembled with each other by screws.
[71] As such, the container 300 according to the third embodiment has a fixing force so that it can effectively prevent the discharging cap and a body from being separated from each other due to external impact.
[72] 4 -embodiment
[73] Hereinafter, a docking-type container according to the fourth embodiment will be described with reference to FIGs. 6 and 7.
