DISPOSICIÓN SOPLADORA DE GRANOS APLICABLE A MÁQUINAS COSECHADORAS GRAIN BLOWER PROVISION APPLICABLE TO HARVESTING MACHINES
CAMPO DE LA INVENCIÓNFIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a grain blowing arrangement applicable to harvesting machines, preferably soybeans, which allows to obtain higher yields and / or optimization of the productivity of the crop in comparison with the machines known until now. This is obtained thanks to the generation of an air curtain capable of retaining the grains and preventing the fall to the ground of the grains that occur in the head of the combine platform.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓNBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
As is known to all, as the soybean crop grew, and therefore, its importance in the internal and world economy, the need arose to improve all the components of the harvesters in order to increase the work performance of the same.
Of all the operations carried out by the combine, such as cutting, feeding, threshing, separation, cleaning, storage, unloading and scattering of crop residues, the collection turns out to be the most important part.
When the soybean crop is in a position to be harvested, it is very susceptible to shelling, being the great cause of the losses caused by the harvester. Of the 100% of the losses, 70% is produced by the platform or head, an average of 150 kg per hectare being calculated. Said mentioned losses per head are the product of different factors, among which are:
1 o) el desgrane por frotamiento entre las plantas en el momento de corte de las cuchillas;1 o ) the shearing by rubbing between the plants at the time of cutting the blades;
2o) pérdidas ocasionadas por el enganche y golpe del molinete en el momento que acompaña Ia planta para el corte;2 o ) losses caused by the coupling and blow of the windlass at the moment that accompanies the plant for cutting;
3o) por arrastre y empuje de las plantas que realiza Ia barra de corte cuando Ia velocidad de avance de Ia cosechadora es mayor a Ia velocidad de corte de las cuchillas.3 o ) by dragging and pushing of the plants carried out by the cutting bar when the speed of advance of the combine is greater than the cutting speed of the blades.
With respect to the art of the present invention, that is, the machinery up to known today and trying to solve the problem raised, consultations have been made to the INTA, National Institute of Agricultural Technology of Argentina, not having been informed of a machine that fulfills the function of the implement of the present invention.
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓNOBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention bases its foundation on the creation of an air blowing arrangement, composed of retention and blowing trays for the grains that are shelled on the platform and that are tipped over the blades and that finally fall to the floor, causing the losses mentioned in the previous paragraphs.
The strategic placement of this tray allows a continuous air blowing to be distributed along the entire platform, thus forming an air wall in the direction of the endless platform. By the action of this continuous stream of air, the grains that shed on the platform are maintained in it.
By keeping all the grains on the platform, by means of the plants that are entering it and the continuous air flow generated by the blowing device causes the grained cereal on the platform to enter the harvester of the combine, becoming integrated thus the yield of the harvest and not the loss (product of its fall to the ground).
The blowing device is carried out by means of the placement of two centrifugal turbines of great air flow, which can be activated by mechanical or hydraulic control, which at each air outlet of each of them, four pipes or ducts of The same dimension that allows the air flow to be distributed with the same flow and are directed to a second air distributor that allows the blow trays to be fed with four couplings that enable the continuous air flow along all the trays of The platform The tests carried out with the grain aspiration arrangement of the present invention have allowed the collection of a large percentage of the grain that is currently lost. Without a doubt, based on the analysis of the aforementioned percentages, improvements in crop yield have increased significantly. The present solution provided complies with the end of the National project of efficiency of harvest and postharvest of grains (PRECOP) in Argentina, which aims to reduce losses and improve the quality of the grains produced, based on the proper management of new technologies.
The INTA proposal is to reduce the losses that occur during the harvest and post-harvest stages by 20%, which represents an increase in the exportable balance of 270 million dollars annually. This objective was taken into account and worked so that the losses caused by the platforms, due to the high speed that the harvesters develop at the time of threshing, are minimal, facilitating their work. With this agricultural implement it was possible to recover up to 80% of the losses that originate in the soybean harvest.

DESCRIPCIÓN DETALLADA DE LA INVENCIÓNDETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
As can be seen in Figure 1, the blowing arrangement of a combine A is constituted by the ducts or air intakes powder 1, one on each side of the control cabin, ducts 1 that are coupled by flexible hoses with quick coupling 2 to respective centrifugal air turbines 3. Each of said turbines 3 blows air into a first air distributor, which it is connected through a pipe or air duct 4 to a second air distributor 5.
Por debajo de Ia bandeja de soplado se ubica una tapa plegable 12 para permitir Ia limpieza interior de dicha bandeja 8.In Figure 2 we see how each air turbine 3 distributes its air flow through four ducts 4, which leave from the first distributor 6 and reach the second distributor 5. In the central part we see through the arrows as a distributor air central 5 receives air flow from the two turbines 2, each providing air through a conduit 4. Each of said second distributors 5 is connected to four rubber couplings 7 that connect to the lower part of blower trays 8 in order of forming the longitudinal air curtain through the opening 9 which is located adjacent to the cutting blades 10 and between the platform side separators 1 1. Figure 3 clearly shows the opening of the blower tray 8 from whose end a current or air curtain "b" is blown. This figure illustrates the air blower turbine 2 with its first distributor 3 connected through the conduit 4 to the second air distributor 5, which blows air with the rubber couplings 7 to the lower part of said blower trays 8. Figure 4 shows the connection of one of the rubber couplings 7 to a mouth 13 of the blow tray 8. A folding cover 12 is located below the blow tray to allow the interior cleaning of said tray 8.
In Figure 5 a cross-section is illustrated in order to observe the entry of air into the blowing tray 8 through the mouth 13, the internal arrows indicate the direction of movement of the air stream, ending in Ia air curtain 14 that prevents the grains from leaving the trays 8 of the platform and ending up falling to the ground.
