Abstract

　フィルターダクトの粒子捕集性能を確保すると共に、一層の軽量化と形状安定性の向上を図る。 　フィルターダクトは、気体が流入する開口部を備えた袋状の繊維配列積層体１０１を有し、開口部から内部に流入した気体が繊維配列積層体１０１を通して外部に流出するようにされている。繊維配列積層体は、繊維１０３Ａ～１０３Ｄが一方向に略直線状に配列した繊維配列層１０１Ａ～１０１Ｄを複数枚積層して形成され、一部の繊維配列層１０１Ａ，１０１Ｃと他の繊維配列層１０１Ｂ，１０１Ｄは、繊維の延伸方向１０５Ａ～１０５Ｄが互いに直交するように積層されている。
