Abstract
[PROBLEMS] To provide an oil film detection device which has a simple small-size structure without requiring any mechanical drive mechanism, can reduce the manufacturing cost, and can accurately detect an oil film. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] An oil film detection device applies a laser light from a light source to a detection object such as a water surface. A reflected light from the detection object is received to detect an oil film existing on the detection object. The oil film detection device includes a two-dimensional scan unit (20) which applies an X-direction drive voltage and a Y-direction drive voltage to generate an X-direction displacement and a Y-direction displacement so as to two-dimensionally scan the laser light and form a desired plane as a laser light application range on the detection object surface.
