Abstract

 移動局が割当情報の受信をミスし、複数の移動局からの上り回線データが衝突した場合でも、ARQ制御の破綻を防ぐことができる無線通信基地局装置。この装置において、CRC部(123)は、復号後の上り回線データに対してCRCを用いた誤り検出を行って応答信号を生成し、変調部(105)は応答信号を変調し、レピティション部(106)は、変調された応答信号を複製して同一の複数の応答信号を得、スクランブリングコード選択部(107)は、割当情報生成部(101)から上り回線のデータチャネルのスケジューリング方法を受け取り、PSA移動局またはDSA移動局のスクランブリングコードを選択し、スクランブリング部(108)は、スクランブリングコード選択部(107)において選択されたスクランブリングコードを用いて応答信号をスクランブリングする。
