本发明实施例还提供一种实现呼叫定向的终端, 包括: 重定向请 求设置单元, 用于设置重定向请求, 所述重定向请求包括重定向终端 地址信息; 重定向请求发送单元, 用于发送所述重定向请求。
本发明实施例还提供一种实现呼叫定向的终端, 包括: 订阅请求 设置单元, 用于根据用户设定的重定向终端地址信息生成订阅请求; 订阅请求发送单元, 用于发送所述订阅请求。
本发明实施例还提供一种实现呼叫定向的方法, 包括: 通过 SIP/IP核心网向第一终端发送 PUSH消息;接收来自第一终端的重定 向请求, 所述重定向请求中包括其他终端地址信息, 向所述其他终端 发送所述 PUSH消息。
与现有技术相比, 本发明实施例具有以下优点: 本发明实施例有多个终端的用户,在其中一个终端接收到不能支 持的业务时或者用户通过主动设置,可以将该业务永久的或者临时的 转移到该用户的其他终端接收,本发明实施例实现了用户能选择接收 业务的终端, 增强了用户体验, 也可以避免网络资源的浪费。 附图说明

本发明实施例提供了一种呼叫定向方法、 系统、 服务器和终端, 该呼叫定向实现之前, 用户的终端多于一个, 并且所有终端的地址信 息都在核心网上注册, 并传递到服务器。
图 2所示为本发明实现呼叫定向的系统实施例一结构示意图。所 述实现呼叫定向的系统包括: SIP/IP核心网, 用于传送 SIP消息, 所 述 SIP消息可以包括 PUSH内容, 例如 PUSH OTA内容; 服务器, 用于通过所述 SIP/IP核心网收发消息,实现与第一终端及其他终端的 通信;
所述服务器还用于接收终端发出的重定向请求,根据所述重定向 请求向相应终端发送消息。 本发明系统实施例中,服务器与终端可通过以下方式实现呼叫重 定向:
1、 服务器通过 SIP/IP核心网向第一终端发送 PUSH消息, 例如 Message消息/ Notify通知消息;
2、 第一终端希望用其他终端接收此消息, 可以返回重定向请求, 所述重定向请求中包括重定向地址,还可包括重定向状态码确定重定 向的时效, 如表示永久重定向或暂时重定向到其他终端, 例如重定向 状态码 301表示永久重定向到其他终端,重定向状态码 302表示暂时 重定向到其他终端, 并可在 Contact Header联系头域中携带其他终端 地址, 告知 Λ良务器希望重定向的地址为 u2@example.com;
3、 服务器接收到所述重定向请求后, 重新通过 SIP/IP核心网发 送 Message/Notify消息 , 地址改为其他终端地址;
4、 其他终端接收到此 PUSH消息后, 返回 200 OK消息, 正常 处理。
本发明实现呼叫定向的服务器实施例, 如图 2所示, 所述服务器 包括: 重定向请求处理单元, 用于接收及解析所述重定向请求, 判断 所述重定向请求中是否包括其他终端的地址信息; 消息发送单元, 用 于通过 SIP/IP核心网发送消息; 所述服务器还包括: 地址信息提取单 元, 从所述重定向请求中提取所述地址信息; 响应接收单元, 用于通 过 SIP/IP核心网接收和发送响应。
所述服务器的信息发送单元通过 SIP/IP核心网向第一终端发送 消息,在所述第一终端无不支持所述在接收到所述消息时向所述服务 器发送重定向请求,所述服务器的重定向请求处理单元接收第一终端 通过 SIP/IP核心网返回的重定向请求,所述重定向请求处理单元解析 所述重定向请求,判断所述重定向请求中是否包括其他终端的地址信 息; 地址单元, 根据重定向请求解析结果获取地址信息。
所述地址单元可进一步包括地址信息提取单元和地址信息存储 单元, 如果所述请求中是否包括其他终端的地址信息, 则触发所述地 址信息提取单元从所述重定向请求中提取所述地址信息;所述服务器 的消息发送单元根据向所述地址信息发送消息。如果所述重定向请求 中不包括地址信息, 则从地址存储单元中获取预先存储的地址信息, 所述服务器的消息发送单元向所述地址信息发送消息。
本发明实现呼叫定向的终端实施例一结构示意图, 如图 3所示。 所述终端包括: 重定向地址单元, 用于存储重定向地址; 重定向请求 设置单元, 用于设置重定向请求; 重定向请求发送单元, 用于通过 SIP/IP核心网发送所述重定向请求。
当所述终端通过 SIP/IP核心网接收到服务器发送的消息,所述重 定向请求发送单元将所述重定向请求设置单元确定的重定向请求,通 过 SIP/IP核心网发送。
本发明呼叫定向方法实施例一的信令流程图, 如图 4所示。 当服 务器希望发送一个消息给用户的第一终端时,该请求经过 SIP/IP核心 网到达第一终端, 但此时第一终端不支持该业务, 或用户希望用第二 终端接收此消息,向 SIP/IP核心网返回 3xx重定向信息,到达服务器, 服务器根据终端上报的重定向信息,把此 PUSH消息发送到第一终端 上报上来的第二终端的地址, 第二终端如果可以接收此消息, 返回可 接收响应给服务器。
上述呼叫定向方法的具体步骤为:
1、 服务器通过 SIP/IP核心网向第一终端发送 PUSH消息, 例如 Message消息/ Notify通知消息;
2、 第一终端希望用第二终端接收此消息, 向服务器发送重定向 请求, 所述重定向请求中, 包括重定向地址, 还可包括重定向代码确 定重定向的时效, 例如, 返回重定向状态码 301或 302, 表示永久重 定向或暂时重定向到第二终端, 并在 Contact Header联系头域中携带 第二终端地址, 告知服务器希望重定向的地址为 u2@example.com;
3、 服务器接收到所述重定向请求后, 重新通过 SIP/IP核心网发 送 Message/Notify消息, 地址改为第二终端地址;
4、 第二终端接收到此 PUSH消息后, 返回 200 0K消息, 正常 处理。 上述 Message消息/ Notify通知消息为 SIP PUSH消息实现的举 例 ,本发明实施例方案对各种不同实现方式的 SIP PUSH业务均适用。
本发明实现呼叫定向的系统实施例二结构示意图, 如图 5所示。 所述实现呼叫定向的系统包括: SIP/IP核心网, 用于传送 SIP消息, 所述 SIP消息可以包括 PUSH内容, 例如 PUSH OTA内容; 服务器, 用于通过所述 SIP/IP核心网收发消息,实现与第一终端及其他终端的 通信。
所述服务器还用于接收终端发出的包含重定向信息的订阅请求 消息, 所述订阅请求消息中包括重定向的终端地址信息, 根据所述地 址信息向相应终端发送 PUSH消息。
如图 5所示, 本发明系统实施例中, 服务器与终端可通过以下方 式实现呼叫重定向:
1、 第一终端通过 SIP/IP核心网向服务器发送注册(Register )或 订阅(Subscribe )请求, 并在所述注册或订阅请求中携带希望服务器 发送消息的第二终端地址 u2@example.com;
2、 服务器接收到请求, 返回 200 OK消息, 更改发送到第一终 端的某业务消息 /全部消息改为新的第二终端地址;
3、 当有发送到第一终端的某业务消息到来时, 服务器发送到第 二终端;
4、 第二终端接收到消息, 返回 200 OK, 正常处理。
本发明实现呼叫定向的服务器实施例, 如图 5所示, 所述服务器 包括, 包含重定向信息的订阅请求处理单元, 用于接收来自终端的所 述订阅请求, 解析所述订阅请求中的重定向终端地址信息; 地址存储 单元, 用于存储所述重定向终端地址信息; 消息发送单元, 当需要给 所述终端发送 PUSH消息时,根据所述重定向终端地址信息发送给相 应终端; 所述服务器还可包括: 响应接收单元, 用于核心网接收来自 所述终端或所述相应终端的响应。
本发明实现呼叫定向的终端实施例二结构示意图, 如图 6所示。 所述终端包括: 包含重定向信息的订阅请求设置单元, 用于根据用户 预先设定的重定向终端地址信息生成所述订阅请求;所述订阅请求发 送单元, 用于发送所述订阅请求。
所述终端根据用户输入生成包含重定向信息的订阅请求,并通过
SIP/IP核心网向服务器发送所述订阅消息订阅重定向业务, 所述订阅 请求包括重定向终端地址信息, 所述服务器接收到所述订阅请求, 在 需要向所述终端发送 PUSH消息时,向所述重定向终端地址信息发送 所述消息。
本发明呼叫定向方法实施例二的重定向订阅信令流程图, 如图 7 所示。 在服务器发送业务之前, 当用户希望将由第一终端从服务器接 收的消息转移为由第二终端接收时,第一终端通过主动向服务器发送 包含重定向信息的订阅请求, 例如 POST消息, 并携带第二终端的地 址, 通知服务器希望用第二终端来接收全部或某种消息, 服务器接收 此消息并正常处理业务。 当有发往第一终端的消息到来时, 服务器发 送消息经过 SIP/IP核心网到第二终端。
上述呼叫定向方法的重定向订阅步骤为:
1、 第一终端向服务器发出注册(Register ), 订阅 ( Subscribe ) 请求, 并在请求中携带希望服务器发送消息的第二终端地址 u2 @example . com;
2、 服务器接收到请求, 返回 200 OK消息, 更改发送到第一终 端的某业务消息 /全部消息改为新的第二终端地址;
3、 当有发送到第一终端的某业务消息到来时, 服务器发送到第 二终端;
4、 第二终端接收到消息, 返回 200 OK, 正常处理。
上述 Register消息 /Subscribe消息为 SIP PUSH消息实现的举例, 本发明实施例方案对各种不同实现方式的 SIP PUSH业务均适用。
本发明呼叫定向方法实施例三的第一种信令流程图, 如图 8 所 示。 当服务器向第一终端发送消息时, 终端拒绝接收该消息或由于超 时, 终端不能接收该消息时, 返回状态指示到服务器告知发送失败, 返回的消息中并未有地址信息。服务器可以进一步尝试发送消息到该 用户的第二终端, 如果第二终端可以接收此业务, 则返回响应, 告诉 服务器已经成功接收; 如果第二终端不支持此业务消息, 或不希望接 收此业务消息, 或由于超时未能接收此消息, 则向服务器返回失败。 服务器将进行第三次尝试, 向第三终端发送次消息, 如果第三终端可 以接收, 则返回成功接收。
上述呼叫定向方法的具体步骤为:
1、服务器通过 SIP/IP核心网向第一终端发送 PUSH消息,例如, Message/Notify消息;
2、 第一终端接收到此消息, 提示服务器重定向此消息到其他的 终端, 向服务器发送重定向请求, 所述请求中可包括重定向消息代码 返 301/302状态码, 但未提供指定的终端地址信息; 或第一终端不希 望接收或不能接收此消息,并返回 4xx状态码,指示服务器传递失败;
3、 服务器将根据终端注册的地址信息, 尝试向第二终端发送 Message/Notify请求;
4、 第二终端返回同第一终端同样的消息;
5、 服务器根据终端注册的地址信息, 尝试向第三终端发送 Message/Notify请求;
6、 第三终端可以接收该消息, 返回 200 OK状态码。
此种情况也同样适用于, 当服务器向第一终端发送失败时, 尝试 同时向第二终端和第三终端发送消息。
本发明呼叫定向方法实施例三的第二种信令流程图, 如图 9 所 示。
上述呼叫定向方法的具体步骤为:
1、 服务器通过 SIP/IP核心网向第一终端发送 Message/Notify消 息;
2、 第一终端接收到此消息, 提示服务器重定向此消息到其他的 终端, 返回 301/302状态码, 但未提供指定的终端地址信息; 或第一 终端不希望接收或不能接收此消息, 并返回 4xx状态码, 指示服务器 传递失败; 3、 服务器同时向终端注册的地址发送 Message/Notify请求;
4、 第二终端如果可以接收此消息, 返回 200 OK;
5、 第三终端如果可以接收此消息, 返回 200 OK。
上述 Message消息/ Notify通知消息为 SIP PUSH消息实现的举 例 ,本发明实施例方案对各种不同实现方式的 SIP PUSH业务均适用。
本发明呼叫定向方法实施例四的信令流程图, 如图 10所示。 当 服务器向第一终端发送消息时,第一终端希望将消息重定向到其他几 个终端上, 第一终端根据本地存储的列表中的多个 URI 域名, 在 301/302状态消息中携带这些 URI, 发送到服务器; 服务器根据这些 地址, 发送消息到各个终端, 各终端返回其接收状态信息。
上述呼叫定向方法的具体步骤为:
1、 服务器通过 SIP/IP核心网向第一终端发送 Message/Notify请 求;
2、 第一终端希望将此消息发送给其他终端, 返回重定向状态码 300、 301或 302, 并在 Contact Header联系头域中携带希望重定向到 终端的地址, 告知服务器希望重定向的地址为一个 URI;
3、 服务器发送 Message/Notify消息到列表中的各终端的地址;
4、 第二终端返回收到响应;
5、 其他终端 1返回响应;
6、 其他终端 n返回响应。
上述 Message消息/ Notify通知消息为 SIP PUSH消息实现的举 例 ,本发明实施例方案对各种不同实现方式的 SIP PUSH业务均适用。
本发明实施例中的核心网不限于 SIP/IP核心网,也可以是 PLMN 核心网 ( Public Land Mobile-communication Network )公共陆地移动 通信网, 例如, GSM核心网, IMS ( IP Multimedia Subsystem, IP多 媒体子系统), IP网, SIP Push核心网。
本发明实施例中的重定向消息状态码为重定向消息实现的举例, 本发明实施例方案对各种不同实现方式的重定向业务均适用。
才艮据本发明的一个或多个实施例实现呼叫定向, 当用户有多个终 端, 在其中一个终端接收到不能支持的业务时或者用户通过主动设 置, 可以将该业务永久的或者临时的转移到该用户的其他终端接收, 本发明实现了用户能选择接收业务的终端, 增强了用户体验, 也可以 避免网络资源的浪费。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解 到本发明, 可以通过硬件实现, 也可以借助软件加必要的通用硬件平 台的方式来实现。基于这样的理解, 本发明的技术方案可以以软件产 品的形式体现出来, 该软件产品可以存储在一个非易失性存储介质
(可以是 CD-ROM, U盘, 移动硬盘等) 中, 包括若干指令用以使 得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机, 服务器, 或者网络设备等) 执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。
总之, 以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本 发明的保护范围。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

权利要求
1、 一种呼叫定向的实现方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
向终端发送 PUSH消息;
接收来自所述终端的重定向请求;
根据所述重定向请求发送所述 PUSH消息。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 PUSH消息釆 用 SIP协议封装的 SIP 消息, 所述向终端发送消息进一步指: 通过 SIP/IP核心网发送所述 PUSH消息。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述重定向请求中 携带重定向地址信息,所述根据所述重定向请求通过 SIP/IP核心网发 送信息进一步指:根据所述重定向请求中携带的重定向地址信息发送 所述 PUSH消息。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 根据所述重定向请 求通过 SIP/IP核心网发送信息进一步指:根据所述重定向请求获取预 先设置的地址信息, 根据所述地址信息发送所述 PUSH消息。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述重定向请求中 包括重定向代码, 根据重定向代码确定重定向时效。
6、 如权利要求 1所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括, 在 所述根据所述重定向请求通过 SIP/IP核心网发送所述消息之后,收到 重定向成功的响应信息。
7、 一种呼叫定向的实现方法, 其特征在于, 服务器接收来自第 一终端的订阅请求消息, 所述订阅请求中包括第二终端的地址信息, 当所述服务器需要向所述第一终端发送 PUSH消息时,根据所述地址 信息向第二终端发送所述 PUSH消息。
8、 如权利要求 7所述方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 所述服务器 接收来自第一终端的订阅请求消息后, 返回订阅成功的响应。
9、 如权利要求 7所述方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 所述订阅请 求消息中包括重定向代码, 根据重定向代码确定重定向时效, 保存所 述第二终端地址信息。
10、 如权利要求 7所述方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 所述服务器 接收来自第二终端的重定向请求,所述重定向请求中包括第二重定向 地址信息, 根据所述第二重定向地址信息发送所述 PUSH消息。
11、 如权利要求 7至 10任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 PUSH消息是釆用 SIP协议封装的 SIP消息, 根据所述地址信息向第 二终端发送所述 PUSH消息进一步指通过 SIP/IP网络发送。
12、 一种实现呼叫定向的系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
通信网络, 用于传送 PUSH消息;
服务器, 用于通过所述通信网络收发消息, 实现与终端的通信; 其中, 所述服务器还用于, 根据重定向请求或用户的订阅请求获取重 定向终端地址信息, 向所述重定向终端地址信息发送所述 PUSH 消 息。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述通信网络还 包括:
SIP/IP核心网, 所述 PUSH消息用 SIP协议封装, 所述服务器用 于通过所述 SIP/IP核心网收发所述 PUSH消息。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述服务器通过 所述 SIP/IP核心网接收所述终端的重定向请求,所述重定向请求中包 括重定向终端地址信息, 并根据所述重定向终端地址信息发送所述 PUSH消息。
15、 如权利要求 13所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述服务器通过 所述 SIP/IP核心网接收来自终端的重定向订阅请求,所述订阅请求中 包括重定向终端地址信息, 保存所述重定向终端地址信息, 当所述服 务器需要向所述终端发送 PUSH消息时,根据所述保存的重定向终端 地址信息向对应的终端发送所述 PUSH消息。
16、 一种实现呼叫定向的服务器, 其特征在于, 包括: 消息发送单元, 用于发送 PUSH信息;
所述服务器还包括, 重定向订阅请求处理单元, 用于接收来自终 端的重定向订阅请求,所述重定向订阅请求还包括重定向终端地址信 息; 地址存储单元, 用于存储所述重定向终端的地址信息。 在需要向 所述终端发送 PUSH消息时 ,所述消息发送单元向所述重定向终端地 址信息发送所述消息。
17、 一种实现呼叫定向的服务器, 其特征在于, 包括: 消息发送单元, 用于发送 PUSH消息;
所述服务器还包括, 重定向请求处理单元, 用于接收来自终端的 重定向请求, 所述重定向请求包括重定向终端地址信息; 地址单元, 用于根据解析结果获取相应的重定向终端地址信息,所述消息发送单 元根据所述重定向终端地址信息发送 PUSH消息。
18、 如权利要求 17所述的服务器, 其特征在于, 所述地址单元 还包括:
地址信息提取单元, 从所述解析结果中提取地址信息; 地址信息存储单元, 保存重定向终端的地址信息;
所述重定向请求中不含地址信息时,地址信息存储单元提供相应 的地址信息。
19、 一种实现呼叫定向的终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
重定向请求设置单元, 用于设置重定向请求, 所述重定向请求包 括重定向终端地址信息;
重定向请求发送单元, 用于发送所述重定向请求。
20、 如权利要求 18所述的终端, 其特征在于, 还包括: 重定向地址单元, 用于存储重定向终端地址信息。
21、 一种实现呼叫定向的终端, 其特征在于, 包括: 订阅请求设 置单元, 用于根据用户设定的重定向终端地址信息生成订阅请求; 订 阅请求发送单元, 用于发送所述订阅请求。
22、 一种实现呼叫定向的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
通过 SIP/IP核心网向第一终端发送 PUSH消息;
接收来自第一终端的重定向请求,所述重定向请求中包括其他终 端地址信息; 向所述其他终端发送所述 PUSH消息。
23、 如权利要求 22所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述重定向请求 中包括重定向代码, 根据重定向代码确定重定向时效, 并根据重定向 时段决定是否保存所述地址信息。
24、 如权利要求 22所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述其他终端为 一个或多个终端, 所述其他终端为多个时, 同时向所述多个终端发送 所述 PUSH内容消息。
25、 如权利要求 22所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述其他终端为 一个或多个终端, 所述其他终端为多个时, 才艮据指定顺序逐个向所述 多个终端发送所述 PUSH消息。
