Abstract

Dispersion information management devices (121-12n) manage primary dispersion information (Sm(1)-Sm(n)) generated by the dispersion coding of confidential information (St). The dispersion information management device (12m) generates re-dispersion information (SRm(m,1)-SRm(m,n)) by the dispersion coding of the primary dispersion information (Sm(m)) and supplies the re-dispersion information (SRm(m,1)-SRm(m,n)) to all the other dispersion information management devices (121-12n). The dispersion information management device (12m) generates new primary dispersion information (Sn(m)) based on the re-dispersion information (SRm(m,1)-SRm(m,n)) supplied from all the other dispersion information management devices (121-12n). The primary dispersion information (Sm(m)) is replaced with the new primary dispersion information (Sn(m)).
