Abstract
The present invention relates to a cradle including a suction part 10 that is sucked to a car and a mounting part 80 to which a navigation device may be fixed, the cradle comprising: a camera 40 that is mounted on one side portion of the cradle and photographs videos; a controller 21 that is connected to each peripheral device and controls the operations of the peripheral devices; a memory 22 that stores video data photographed by the camera according to control signals from the controller 21; an operating button 30 that is mounted on one side surface of the video storing and recording device 20 and operates an operation state of the video storing and recording device 20; and a power supply unit 60 that is positioned at an end of the video storing and recording device 20 and supplies power to the video storing and recording device 20.

Description CRADLE
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to a cradle and more specifically, to a cradle including a video storing and recording device mounted thereon having a controller that controls each device and a memory that stores videos photographed by the camera, a plurality of cameras that can be mounted on the cradle, and operating buttons that can be mounted on various positions and can change a mode of the video storing and recording device. Background Art
[2] Generally, a cradle is designed so that it can merely be sucked and fixed to windows of a car by a suction plate, bent by a bending part, and its mounting part is mounted with a navigation device.
[3] Further, the cradle is manufactured and exhibited in various materials and shapes. As the materials, there are plastic, metal, etc. and as the shapes, there are various shapes, such as a shape where a bent part is twisted, a shape where a straight cradle is bent. Also, there are many products that the cradle has various decorations mounted thereon to make its shape beautiful.
[4] In addition, there are products having various additional functions. For example, products that devices having electronic functions are mounted on the navigation device or the outside are being developed.
[5] The cradle having such additional functions is being exhibited and developed; however, there is no product that the devices, such as the video storing and recording device, the cameras, power supply units, communication ports, the operating buttons, etc., are mounted on the cradle itself as in the present invention. In the related art, theses devices are mounted on the outside such that the inside of a car is complicated and the installation thereof is difficult. Disclosure of Invention
Technical Problem
[6] Therefore, the present invention proposes to solve the above-mentioned problems. It is an object of the present invention to provide a cradle including a video storing and recording device mounted thereon having a controller that controls each device and a memory that stores videos photographed by the camera, a plurality of cameras that can be mounted on the cradle, and operating buttons that can be mounted on various positions and can change a mode of the video storing and recording device. Technical Solution
[7] There is provided a cradle including a suction part 10 that is sucked to a car and a mounting part 80 to which a navigation device may be fixed, the cradle comprising: a camera 40 that is mounted on one side portion of the cradle and photographs videos; a controller 21 that is connected to each peripheral device and controls the operations of the peripheral devices; a memory 22 that stores video data photographed by the camera according to control signals from the controller 21; an operating button 30 that is mounted on one side surface of the video storing and recording device 20 and operates an operation state of the video storing and recording device 20; and a power supply unit 60 that is positioned at an end of the video storing and recording device 20 and supplies power to the video storing and recording device 20.
[8] Also, the camera 40 may be mounted on the mounting part 80 to control a photographing angle.
[9] Further, the camera 40 may be mounted on the cradle in plurality.
Advantageous Effects
[10] According to the present invention as described above, there is provided a cradle including a video storing and recording device mounted thereon having a controller that controls each device and a memory that stores videos photographed by the camera, a plurality of cameras that can be mounted on the cradle, and operating buttons that can be mounted on various positions and can change a mode of the video storing and recording device, whereby each device and the video storing and recording device are mounted on the cradle itself, making it possible to facilitate the installation and make the inside of the car clear. [14] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is to be noted that in adding reference numerals to components of each drawing, like numerals throughout the specification denotes like components although the same components are shown in other drawings. Also, in describing the present invention, the detailed description of known functions and configurations will be omitted so as not to obscure the subject of the
present invention with unnecessary detail.
[15] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a cradle according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
[16] Referring to FIG. 1, there is provided a cradle according to the present invention including a suction part 10 that is sucked to a car, a bending part 70 that is positioned at a middle portion of the cradle and can be folded and unfolded; and a mounting part 80 that is positioned at one side end of the bending part 70 and can be mounted with a navigation device, the cradle comprising: a video storing and recording device 20 that is positioned at a rear end of the suction part 10 and stores and records videos; a camera 40 that is mounted on one side surface of the video storing and recording device 20 and photographs the videos; an operating button 30 that is mounted on one side surface of the video storing and recording device 20 and changes an operation state of the video storing and recording device 20; a power supply unit 60 that is positioned at an end of the video storing and recording device 20 and supplies power to the video storing and recording device 20; and a communication port 50 that is positioned at one side surface of the video storing and recording device 20 and connects the video storing and recording device 20 to a navigation device 90 to transmit/receive data.
[17] The video storing and recording device 20 has a controller 21 and a memory 22 included therein. The video storing and recording device 20 is mounted on a rear end of the suction part 10 of the cradle and has a function that can store the video data photographed by the camera 40 in the memory 22 according to the control of the controller 21 and transmit the stored video data to the navigation device through the communication port 50. The camera 40 may be mounted on one side of the video storing and recording device 20 and is also mounted on the mounting part 80, making it possible to control a photographing angle according to a bent degree of the bending part 70.
[18] Further, a plurality of cameras may be mounted on the cradle regardless of positions.
Moreover, the plurality of cameras 40 photographs videos viewed from a front of a car and transmits the photographed video data to the controller 21 of the video storing and recording device 20. The operating button 30 is mounted on one side of the video storing and recording device 20 to perform a change of the operation mode of the video storing and recording device 20. In other words, the operation button 30 can perform all the changes regardless of whether the video storing and recording device 20 becomes the photographing mode or the operating mode.
[19] The power supply unit 60 supplies power to the video storing and recording device
20 and is mounted on the rear end of the video storing and recording device 20.
[20] The communication port 50 may be a strategic point that transmits data as a port
connecting communication cables when transmitting the photographed video data to the navigation 90.
[21] FIG. 2 is a block view of the cradle according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
[22] Referring to FIG. 2, the cradle according to the present invention includes: the camera 40 that photographs videos generated from the front of the car; the controller 21 that receives the photographed video data and stores the received video data in the memory 22 and transmits the data to the navigation device 90 through the communication port 50; the power supply unit 60 that supplies power to the controller 21; the communication port 50 that transmits the video data transmitted from the controller 21 to the navigation device 90; the operating button 30 that can change and control the mode of the video storing and recording device 20; and the memory 22 that receives the video data photographed by the camera 40 from the controller and stores the received video data.
[23] The camera 40 is mounted on the front end or the rear end of the camera; otherwise the plurality of camera can be mounted on the cradle. The mounted camera 40 photographs the videos generated from the front of the car to generate the video data. The camera transmits the generated video data to the controller 21 mounted inside the video storing and recording device 20.
[24] The controller 21 is mounted inside the video storing and recording device 20 to control the devices connected inside the video storing and recording device 20 and stores the video data transmitted from the camera 40 and displays the video data on the navigation through the communication port 50.
[25] The power supply unit 60 is positioned at the rear end of the video storing and recording device 20 and serves to supply power to the controller 20.
[26] The communication port 50 serves to transmit the video data or the communication data transmitted from the controller 21 to the navigation 90.
[27] The operating button 30 is connected to the controller 21 mounted inside the video storing and recording device 20, such that it is used to change and operate the operation state, that is, the mode of the video storing and recording device 20.
[28] The memory serves to store the video data photographed from the camera 40 and the communication data generated from the controller 21. Of course, the memory 22 is a lso built in the video storing and recording device 20, similarly to the controller 21. Industrial Applicability
[29] Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the conceptions and specific embodiments disclosed in the foregoing description may be readily utilized as a basis for modifying or designing other embodiments for carrying out the same purposes of the present
invention. Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that such equivalent embodiments do not depart from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the appended claims.

Claims
[1] A cradle including a suction part 10 that is sucked to a car and a mounting part
80 to which a navigation device is fixed, the cradle comprising: a camera 40 that is mounted on one side portion of the cradle and photographs videos; a controller 21 that is connected to each peripheral device and controls the operations of the peripheral devices; a memory 22 that stores video data photographed by the camera according to control signals from the controller 21; an operating button 30 that is mounted on one side surface of the video storing and recording device 20 and operates an operation state of the video storing and recording device 20; and a power supply unit 60 that is positioned at an end of the video storing and recording device 20 and supplies power to the video storing and recording device
20. [2] The cradle according to claim 1, wherein the camera 40 is be mounted on the mounting part 80 to control a photographing angle. [3] The cradle according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the camera 40 is mounted on the cradle in plurality.
