Abstract

【課題】弁体単体であってもキャビテーション抑制能力を有し、且つ、低開度から高開度に至る広範な弁開度において高精度に流量と圧力とを制御可能で、弁の中間開度における流量特性を使途によって選択できる弁体形状を作出すると共に、キャビテーション防止体と該弁体形状の弁体とを組み合わせることによって、シンプルでコンパクトでありながらより一層高度にキャビテーションを防止でき、高差圧及び高流速の条件下であっても高度な制御性を発揮するキャビテーション防止高差圧制御弁を提供せんとするものである。  【解決手段】略筒状の弁本体と、この弁本体の内部に、該内部の開閉を可能とするように配設される弁体とを備えた弁において、該弁体の全開状態における下流直後位置に、キャビテーションを防止するためのキャビテーション防止体が配設され、該キャビテーション防止体が、所定の深さの孔を等ピッチで複数形成してなる複数枚の多孔プレートを互いに適宜の間隔を存して、該弁本体内を流下する流体の流れにほぼ平行になるように配設されて、キャビテーションの発生を防止するように構成することを特徴とする。
