Abstract

　更新の承諾を他のデータベースを管理する管理者に対して効率的に問い合わせることができないため、情報群の構造の更新が煩雑であるということを課題とし、更新要求の発生元であるデータベースに記憶された情報群の構造との整合性を確保するために、当該更新要求の要求元であるデータベースに記憶された情報群の構造の更新に伴って更新が必要となる関連情報群を記憶している他のデータベースを特定するための参照関係情報をあらかじめ記憶部に記憶し、更新要求の内容が情報群の構造変更にかかるものであるか否かを判定し、更新要求の内容が情報群の構造変更にかかるものであると判定された場合には、参照関係情報に基づいて、整合性を確保するために更新が必要となる関連付けられた情報群を記憶している他のデータベースを抽出し、抽出されたデータベースについて更新の認否を判定し、認否判定結果を更新要求の発生元であるデータベースに送付する。
