Abstract

Die vorliegende Anmeldung betrifft Prodrug-Derivate von 2-Amino-6-({[2-(4-chlorphenyl)-l,3-thiazol-4-yl]methyl}thio)-4-[4-(2-hydroxyethoxy)phenyl]pyridin-3,5-dicarbonitril, Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung, ihre Verwendung zur Behandlung und/oder Prophylaxe von Krankheiten sowie ihre Verwendung zur Herstellung von Arzneimitteln zur Behandlung und/oder Prophylaxe von Krankheiten, insbesondere von kardiovaskulären Erkrankungen.
