Abstract

Provided is a three-dimensional display element which performs sharp three-dimensional display with reduced moiré. The three-dimensional display element has a structure wherein two sheets of transmissive display elements face each other. A diffusion plate for diffusing light between the transmissive display elements is arranged to face the transmissive display elements. An uneven pattern is formed on the surface of at least one side of the diffusion plate. The ten-point average surface roughness of the surface is 2.5-5μm, the average interval of the unevenness is 40-55μm, and when the mirror surface degree of luster is expressed as G and the haze value of the diffusion plate as H, G is 30-44%, H is 45-60%, and a value G/H is 0.55-0.85.
