Abstract

Dans la présente invention, un générateur de vapeur à ultra-sons génère de la vapeur (25) en atomisant un liquide (11) par vibration par ultra-sons au moyen d'un vibrateur à ultra-sons (5). Un corps de tube conique (20) est placé sur la partie supérieure d'un support (9) afin de tenir le vibrateur à ultra-sons (5). La vibration par ultra-sons créée par le vibrateur à ultra-sons (5) est focalisée en étant contrainte de passer à travers le corps du tube (20).
