Abstract

　振動方向に振動する振動板に、内側を有するループ形状に巻かれたボイスコイルを固定する。上ケースに第１の磁極面を有する第１の磁石を組み付ける。下ケースに第２の磁極面を有する第２の磁石を組み付ける。上ケースに第１の磁石を組み付けた後で、第１の磁石の第１の磁極面に磁性流体に付着させる。振動板にボイスコイルを固定して第１の磁石の第１の磁極面に磁性流体に付着させた後で、第１の磁石の第１の磁極面がボイスコイルの内側に向かってボイスコイルに対向するように、かつ磁性流体が第１の磁石の第１の磁極面とボイスコイルとの間に設けられてかつ第１の磁極面とボイスコイルとに当接するように、振動板を上ケースに装着する。下ケースに第２の磁石を組み付けて振動板を上ケースに装着した後で、第１の磁石の第１の磁極面を通る磁束がボイスコイルと振動方向とに対して直角の方向でボイスコイルに交差するように、かつ第２の磁極面がボイスコイルの内側に配置されるように、下ケースを上ケースに装着する。この方法により、薄く、大きな音声出力が得られ、かつローリング現象を防止することができるスピーカが得られる。
