本申请要求于 2007 年 7 月 18 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 200710130429.2、 发明名称为"帐户数据快照方法、 装置、 帐务平衡方法及实 时计费系统"的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域, 尤其涉及一种计费系统及方法。
背景技术
随着电信运营商运营水平的不断提高和计费系统的不断发展,电信运营商 对于计费系统的正确性、准确性的要求越来越高。 电信运营商一般要求在每天 00:00点对前一天的用户帐户数据和话单信息进行快照,从计费系统导出 00:00 点之前的前一天的用户帐户数据和话单信息 ,然后帐务系统使用该帐户数据和 话单数据进行核对 , 确保用户帐户余额减少的费用和生成的话单费用保持一 致, 从而验证计费系统费用计算和话单输出的正确性。
在用户使用电信业务过程中, 外部功能实体(如用户管理系统、 网元管理 系统等)和计费系统进行实时交互, 由计费系统对用户的业务服务使用进行实 时预算、批价和扣费,这样的计费系统称为实时计费系统。对于实时计费系统, 计费系统中的用户帐户数据实时变化,而对计费系统中所有帐户数据的快照需 要一定时间 ,在对帐户数据进行快照这段时间,用户有可能又有消费或者充值, 用户帐户数据可能出现变化, 从而导致快照的帐户数据不准确。
另一方面, 电信运营商为了降低用户欠费的风险,一般将持续时间较长的 用户业务服务按时间进行分片, 采用分片计费。 例如, 对于话音呼叫计费, 可 以以呼叫接入网元每 5分钟请求计费一次,计费时间分片就是 5分钟。如果存 在某些用户一次业务服务的过程跨越 00: 00点, 则可能部分时间分片在 00: 00点之前计费, 部分时间分片在 00: 00点之后计费。
现有技术提供一种对实时计费系统的帐户数据进行快照的方法,能够对帐 户数据进行实时镜像。 当实时计费系统正常运行时,帐户数据单元与镜^ 储 单元的数据同时被处理。在对帐户数据进行快照时断开入帐单元与镜像存储单 元的连接,此时入帐单元的入帐处理只对帐户数据单元有效,对镜像存储单元 无效。快照单元对镜像存储单元中的帐户数据进行快照,在快照数据使用完成 后 , 再恢复入帐单元和镜像存储单元之间的实时镜像连接。
发明人在实现本发明的过程中发现使用这种快照方法:计费系统中需要同 时保存两份用户帐户数据, 更新计费系统时必须更新镜像存储单元, 而且要保 证两次更新同时成功或者同时失败。 不但系统存储空间增大了一倍, 而且增加 了系统复杂度; 在每次的用户帐户数据快照完毕后, 必须恢复镜像存储单元的 帐户数据, 否则会出现帐户数据单元与镜 储单元数据不一致,增加了系统 维护的复杂度;同时,如果存在用户使用业务服务跨越帐务平衡稽核的时间点, 会导致帐务平衡统计不正确。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种计费系统及方法, 具体而言包括帐户数据快照方 法、装置、帐务平衡方法及计费系统,在保证实时计费系统完全实时的前提下, 解决现有技术中实时计费系统由于帐户数据和 /或话单不精确而无法做到真正 帐务平衡的问题。
一种帐户数据快照的方法, 包括:
入帐单元接收入帐请求, 当确定出正在对帐户数据进行快照处理时,将所 述入帐请求中的帐户信息发送给快照单元;
所述快照单元导出与所述帐户信息对应的帐户数据,并向所述入帐单元返 回导出完毕通知;
所述入帐单元对所述入帐请求进行入帐处理。
一种计算机可读存储介质, 包含计算机程序,该计算机程序可以使得一个 或多个处理器执行上述帐户数据快照的方法。
一种实现帐务平衡的方法, 包括:
获取帐户数据, 具体包括: 接收到入帐请求后, 当确定出正在对帐户数据 进行快照处理时,根据所述入帐请求中的帐户信息,导出与所述帐户信息对应 的帐户数据; 对所述入帐请求进行入帐处理; 获取所述快照处理得到的帐户数 据;
获取话单数据,具体包括: 将跨越快照时间点的话单拆分为第一话单和第 二话单, 将快照时间点之前产生的第一话单写入快照时间点之前的话单数据, 将快照时间点之后产生的第二话单写入快照时间点之后的话单数据;获取所述 快照时间点之前的话单数据;
比较所述帐户数据和快照时间点之前的话单数据 , 实现帐务平衡。
一种计算机可读存储介质, 包含计算机程序,该计算机程序可以使得一个 或多个处理器执行上述实现帐务平衡的方法。
一种帐户数据快照装置, 包括入帐单元、帐户数据单元和快照单元,其中, 所述入帐单元, 用于接收入帐请求, 当确定出正在对帐户数据进行快照处 理时,将入帐请求中的帐户信息发送给所述快照单元;接收所述快照单元返回 的导出完毕通知, 并向所述帐户数据单元发送入帐请求;

具体实施方式
本发明实施例提出了实时计费系统中的帐户数据快照方法,通过入帐单元 接收入帐请求, 当确定出正在对帐户数据进行快照处理时,将入帐请求中的帐 户信息发送给快照单元; 快照单元导出与帐户信息对应的帐户数据, 并向入帐 单元返回导出完毕通知; 入帐单元对入帐请求进行入帐处理。 并在结合话单拆 分方法的基础上,将帐户快照数据和话单数据进行比较,从而实现实时计费系 统的帐务平衡。
特别的, 本发明实施例设置两个参数: 快照时间点参数和快照状态参数。 其中,快照时间点参数是预先设定的参数,在系统时间到达快照时间点的时候, 快照单元启动对帐户数据的快照处理,快照得到的就是实时计费系统在快照时 间点的帐户数据。 快照时间点可以根据需要进行调整。
快照状态参数根据系统的快照状态设定,包括两个特征值: "未快照"和"快 照中"。 "未快照"表示快照单元未对帐户数据进行快照处理, "快照中"表示快 照单元正在对帐户数据进行快照处理。快照状态参数可以由快照单元根据快照 进行状态设定,也可以由其它功能单元根据快照单元的快照进行状态设定。 当 前时间到达预先设定的快照时间点时, 快照单元启动对所述帐户数据快照处 理, 并将快照状态参数设定为"快照中"; 在快照单元对帐户数据快照处理结束 后, 将快照状态参数设定为"未快照"。
下面结合各个附图对本发明实施例技术方案的主要实现原理、具体实施方 式及其对应能够达到的有益效果进行伴细的阐述。
如图 1所示,为本发明实施例提出的帐户数据快照方法的主要实现原理流 程图, 其中, 步骤 11 , 入帐单元接收外部功能实体的入帐请求。
特别的, 外部功能实体可以是如用户管理系统、 网元管理系统等与实时计 费系统进行交互的功能实体。
步骤 12, 入帐单元才 据快照状态参数的特征值判断当前的快照状态, 如 果当前的快照状态参数的特征值为 "未快照", 则直接执行步骤 14, 如果当前 的快照状态参数的特征值为 "快照中", 则执行步骤 13。
特别的,快照状态参数由快照单元或其它功能单元设定,入帐单元在入帐 处理之前提取快照状态参数的特征值, 进行相关判定。
步骤 13、 入帐单元将入帐请求中的帐户信息发送给快照单元, 快照单元 接收到该帐户信息后,优先导出该帐户信息对应的帐户数据, 并向入帐单元返 回导出完毕通知。
特别的,快照单元接收到该帐户信息后, 判断该帐户信息对应的帐户数据 是否已经导出, 如果是, 向入帐单元发送导出完毕通知, 通知入帐单元可以进 行入帐处理; 否则, 优先导出该帐户信息对应的帐户数据, 并向入帐单元发送 导出完毕通知, 通知入帐单元可以进行入帐处理。
相应的,快照单元在启动快照处理后,将快照状态参数的特征值设定为"快 照中"状态, 在所有帐户数据导出为快照数据后, 将快照状态参数的特征值设 定为"未快照"状态。
步骤 14, 入帐单元对该入帐请求进行入帐处理。
上述实施例为本发明实施例提出的帐户数据快照方法,基于上述的帐户数 据快照方法,本发明实施例提供一种实现帐务平衡的方法,如图 2所示,其中, 步骤 21、 根据上述实施例提供的帐户数据快照方法, 得到帐户数据的快 照数据。
步骤 22、根据预先设定的快照时间点,将跨越快照时间点的话单拆分为两 张话单,记为第一话单和第二话单。将快照时间点之前产生的第一话单写入快 照时间点之前的话单数据 ,将快照时间点之后产生的第二话单写入快照时间点 之后的话单数据。
如前所述, 电信运营商为了降低欠费风险,将持续时间较长的用户业务服 务按时间进行分片, 按时间分片进行入帐处理。 然而, 对于持续时间较长的用 户业务话单却并不进行任何处理,较长时间的话单只写为一张话单。 由于有些 较长的话单跨越系统快照时间点, 为了实现帐务平衡,就必须对这些话单进行 拆分。
话单拆分的方法还可以是根据预先设定的时间分片,以快照时间点之前最 后一个时间分片点为界,将跨越快照时间点的话单拆分为两张话单,记为第一 话单和第二话单,将快照时间点之前产生的第一话单写入快照时间点之前的话 单数据; 将快照时间点之后产生的第二话单写入快照时间点之后的话单数据。
特别的,预先设定的时间分片是一个系统设定值, 由系统根据实际需要预 先设定, 并可以根据需要调整。 时间分片的设定长度与实时计费系统计费时间 分片的设定长度相同, 均是由系统统一设定。
如图 3 所示, 为一种话单拆分方法的示意图, 其中, 用户的一次通话从 23: 40持续到 00: 05, 系统快照时间点为 00: 00, 每个时间分片为 15分钟, 23: 55为一个时间分片点。
在通话结束后, 话单处理单元以快照时间点 00: 00之前的最后一个时间 分片点 23: 55为界, 将本次通话的话单拆分为两张话单, 23: 40 ~ 23: 55为 第一个时间分片产生的话单, 由于该话单产生于快照时间点之前, 因而写入快 照时间点之前(前一天) 的话单数据中, 23: 56 - 00: 05 产生的话单, 由于 其产生于快照时间点之后, 因而写入快照时间点之后 (后一天)的话单数据中。
特别的 ,由于现有技术中以通话结束时间作为话单的产生时间,也就是说, 在通话结束的时候进行写话单处理。 因而本实施例中, 当话单以时间分片被拆 分时, 将每个时间分片产生的话单的结束时间作为话单的时间分片点。 因此, 虽然 23: 56 - 00: 00之间通话的通话时间在 00: 00之前, 但由于 23: 56 ~ 00: 00之间通话的通话时间包含在 23: 56 - 00: 05的通话时间分片中, 因而 被分为同一张话单, 其话单的产生时间就为 00: 05, 所以, 这张话单写入快 照时间点之后 (后一天) 的话单数据中。
特别的, 本实施例中, 话单拆分的时间精确度都是精确到分钟, 实际应用 系统中 , 一般会将话单拆分的时间精确度精确到秒钟。
本实施例中仅示意出快照时间点之前仅有一个时间分片点的情况, 实际 上,快照时间点之前可能有多个时间分片点, 同样以快照时间点之前的最后一 个时间分片点为界,将快照时间点之前的最后一个时间分片点之前的话单记为 一张话单。 快照时间点之后如果存在多个时间分片点, 也同样记为一张话单。
步骤 23、 比较快照数据和快照时间点之前的话单数据, 实现帐务平衡。 采用本发明实施例提供的方案 , 在保证实时计费系统完全实时的前提下 , 解决实时计费系统由于帐户数据和 /或话单不精确而无法做到真正帐务平衡的 问题。
相应地, 本发明实施例还提供了一种帐户数据快照装置, 如图 4所示, 该 系统包括入帐单元 10、 快照单元 20和帐户数据单元 30, 具体如下:
入帐单元 10, 用于接收外部功能实体的入帐请求, 当确定出正在对帐户 数据进行快照处理时, 将入帐请求的帐户信息发送给快照单元 20; 接收快照 单元 20反馈的导出完毕通知, 并向帐户数据单元 30发送入帐请求; 向外部功 能实体返回入帐处理结果。
快照单元 20, 用于导出帐户数据单元 30存储的帐户数据; 接收到入帐单 元 10发送的帐户信息后, 优先导出该帐户信息对应的帐户数据, 并向入帐单 元 10发送导出完毕通知。
帐户数据单元 30, 用于存储帐户数据, 并根据入帐单元 10的入帐请求完 成入帐处理。
较佳地, 如图 5所示, 本发明实施例提供的入帐单元 10进一步包括第一 接收子单元 101、第一判断子单元 102、入帐子单元 103和第一通知子单元 104, 其中,
第一接收子单元 101 , 用于接收外部功能实体的入帐请求, 并发送给第一 判断子单元 102; 在完成入帐处理后, 向外部功能实体返回入帐处理结果。
第一判断子单元 102, 用于根据接收的入帐请求, 判断当前是否处于快照 状态, 如果是, 向第一通知子单元 104发送入帐请求的帐户信息, 并接收第一 通知子单元 104返回的导出完毕通知, 向入帐子单元 103发送入帐请求; 如果 否, 直接向入帐子单元 103发送入帐请求。
入帐子单元 103 , 用于根据接收的入帐请求完成帐户数据的入帐处理。 第一通知子单元 104, 用于根据第一判断子单元 102的通知, 向快照单元 20发送帐户信息, 接收快照单元 20返回的导出完毕通知, 并发送给第一判断 子单元 102。
较佳的, 如图 6所示, 本发明实施例提供的快照单元 20, 进一步包括第 二通知子单元 201、 第二判断子单元 202和导出子单元 203, 其中,
第二通知子单元 201 , 用于接收入帐单元 10发送的帐户信息, 并发送给 第二判断子单元 202; 接收第二判断子单元 202发送的结果通知, 并发送给入 帐单元 10。
第二判断子单元 202, 用于根据接收的帐户信息, 判断该帐户信息对应的 帐户数据是否已经导出,如果已经导出, 直接向第二通知子单元 201发送导出 完毕通知; 否则, 向导出子单元 203发送导出请求; 接收处理结果并向第二通 知子单元 201发送导出完毕通知。
导出子单元 203 , 用于导出帐户数据, 并根据第二判断子单元 202发送的 导出请求, 优先导出该帐户信息对应的帐户数据, 并返回处理结果。
较佳地, 上述实施例中的快照单元 20, 还包括快照状态子单元 204, 如图 7所示, 其中,
快照状态子单元 204, 用于才 据帐户数据的快照状态调整快照状态参数。 特别的, 快照状态参数为一个系统参数, 并具有两个特征值: "未快照" 和"快照中"。 "未快照"表示快照单元 20未对帐户数据进行快照处理, "快照中" 表示快照单元 20正在对帐户数据进行快照处理。
相应的, 本发明实施例还提供一种实时计费系统, 如图 8所示, 包括入帐 单元 10、 快照单元 20、 帐户数据单元 30和话单处理单元 40, 其中,
入帐单元 10, 用于接收外部功能实体的入帐请求, 将入帐请求的帐户信 息发送给快照单元 20; 接收快照单元 20反馈的导出完毕通知, 并向帐户数据 单元 30发送入帐请求; 向外部功能实体返回入帐处理结果。
快照单元 20, 用于导出帐户数据单元 30存储的帐户数据; 接收入帐单元 10发送的帐户信息后, 优先导出该帐户信息对应的帐户数据, 并向入帐单元 10发送导出完毕通知。
帐户数据单元 30, 用于存储帐户数据, 并根据入帐单元 10的入帐请求完 成入帐处理。
话单处理单元 40, 用于将跨越快照时间点的话单进行拆分, 并导出快照 时间点之前的话单数据。
帐务系统根据导出数据和话单数据进行比较, 以确保实现帐务平衡。
较佳地, 如图 9所示, 本发明实施例提供的话单处理单元 40, 进一步包 括第二接收子单元 401、 第三判断子单元 402、 存储子单元 403和话单拆分子 单元 404, 其中,
第二接收子单元 401 , 用于接收话单写入请求, 将话单写入请求发送给第 三判断子单元 402。
第三判断子单元 402, 用于根据接收的话单写入请求, 判断话单写入请求 对应的话单是否跨越快照时间点,如果是, 向话单拆分子单元 404发送话单拆 分请求, 并根据返回的话单拆分结果, 向存储子单元 403发送话单写入请求; 否则, 直接向存储子单元 403发送话单写入请求。
存储子单元 403 , 用于存储话单数据, 并根据第三判断子单元 402发送的 话单写入请求将相应话单写入话单数据。
话单拆分子单元 404,用于根据第三判断子单元 402发送的话单拆分请求, 完成相应话单的拆分, 并返回话单拆分结果。
较佳地,如图 10所示,如上所述的话单处理单元 40还包括时间分片子单 元 405, 用于获取系统设定的话单拆分时间分片, 并将时间分片发送给话单拆 分子单元 404; 本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或者部分步 骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成 ,该程序可以存储于一计算机可读 取存储介质中, 如: ROM/RAM, 磁盘、 光盘等。
综上所述,本发明实施例通过在对实时计费系统进行帐户数据快照时,入 帐单元接收到外部功能实体的入帐请求后 ,将入帐请求的帐户信息发送给快照 单元; 快照单元优先导出该帐户的帐户数据, 并通知所述入帐单元; 入帐单元 对入帐请求进行入帐处理。相应的,本发明实施例通过对跨越快照时间点的话 单进行拆分,导出快照时间点之前的话单数据; 比较快照数据和导出的话单以 实现帐务平衡。本发明实施例在保证实时计费系统完全实时的前提下,解决现 有技术中实时计费系统由于帐户信息和话单不精确而无法做到真正帐务平衡 的问题, 从而提高了运营商的运营效率, 降低运营成本。 明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及 其等同技术的范围之内 , 则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种帐户数据快照的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收到入帐请求后, 当确定出正在对帐户数据进行快照处理时,根据所述 入帐请求中的帐户信息, 导出与所述帐户信息对应的帐户数据;
对所述入帐请求进行入帐处理。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收到入帐请求后, 还 包括:
判断当前的快照状态是否为正在对帐户数据进行快照处理的快照中状态, 若是, 确定出正在对帐户数据进行快照处理。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 若判断出当前的快照状态为 未对帐户数据进行快照处理的未快照状态,则直接对所述入帐请求进行入帐处 理。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 根据预先设定的快照时间点 启动对帐户数据进行快照处理, 并确定当前的快照状态为快照中状态;
对帐户数据快照处理结束后, 确定当前的快照状态为未快照状态。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收到入帐请求后, 还 包括判断所述入帐请求中的帐户信息对应的帐户数据是否已经导出完毕,如果 是, 直接返回所述导出完毕通知; 否则, 导出所述帐户信息对应的帐户数据后 再返回所述导出完毕通知。
6、 一种计算机可读存储介质, 其特征在于, 包含计算机程序, 该计算机 程序可以使得一个或多个处理器执行如权利要求 1所述的方法。
7、 一种实现帐务平衡的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
获取帐户数据, 具体包括: 接收到入帐请求后, 当确定出正在对帐户数据 进行快照处理时,根据所述入帐请求中的帐户信息,导出与所述帐户信息对应 的帐户数据; 对所述入帐请求进行入帐处理; 获取所述快照处理得到的帐户数 据;
获取话单数据,具体包括: 将跨越快照时间点的话单拆分为第一话单和第 二话单; 将快照时间点之前产生的第一话单写入快照时间点之前的话单数据, 将快照时间点之后产生的第二话单写入快照时间点之后的话单数据;获取所述 快照时间点之前的话单数据;
比较所述帐户数据和快照时间点之前的话单数据 , 实现帐务平衡。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述将跨越快照时间点的话 单拆分为第一话单和第二话单, 包括:
根据预先设定的时间分片, 以快照时间点之前最后一个时间分片点为界, 将所述话单拆分为第一话单和第二话单。

所述入帐子单元, 用于根据接收的入帐请求完成帐户数据的入帐处理; 所述第一通知子单元, 用于根据所述第一判断子单元的通知, 向所述快照 单元发送帐户信息,接收所述快照单元返回的导出完毕通知, 并发送给所述第 一判断子单元。
12、 如权利要求 10或 11所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述快照单元进一步 包括第二通知子单元、 第二判断子单元和导出子单元, 其中,
所述第二通知子单元, 用于接收所述入帐单元发送的帐户信息, 并发送给 所述第二判断子单元;接收所述第二判断子单元发送的导出完毕通知, 并发送 给所述入帐单元;
所述第二判断子单元, 用于根据接收的帐户信息, 判断所述帐户信息对应 的帐户数据是否已经导出,如果是, 直接向所述第二通知子单元发送导出完毕 通知; 否则, 向所述导出子单元发送导出请求; 接收处理结果并向所述第二通 知子单元发送导出完毕通知;
所述导出子单元, 用于导出帐户数据, 并根据所述第二判断子单元发送的 导出请求, 优先导出所述帐户信息对应的帐户数据, 并返回处理结果。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述快照单元进一步包括 快照状态子单元, 用于根据所述快照单元的快照处理状态确定快照状态。
14、 一种实时计费系统, 其特征在于, 包括入帐单元、 帐户数据单元、 快 照单元和话单处理单元, 其中,
所述入帐单元, 用于接收外部功能实体的入帐请求,将入帐请求的帐户信 息发送给所述快照单元;接收所述快照单元反馈的导出完毕通知, 并向所述帐 户数据单元发送入帐请求; 向外部功能实体返回入帐处理结果;
所述帐户数据单元, 用于存储帐户数据, 并根据所述入帐单元的入帐请求 完成入巾艮处理;
所述快照单元, 用于导出所述帐户数据单元存储的帐户数据;接收所述入 帐单元发送的帐户信息后,优先导出该帐户信息对应的帐户数据, 并向所述入 帐单元发送导出完毕通知;
所述话单处理单元, 用于将跨越快照时间点的话单进行拆分, 并导出快照 时间点之前的话单数据。
15、 如权利要求 14所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述话单处理单元进一步 包括第二接收子单元、第三判断子单元、存储子单元和话单拆分子单元,其中, 所述第二接收子单元, 用于接收话单写入请求,将话单写入请求发送给所 述第三判断子单元; 所述第三判断子单元, 用于根据接收的话单写入请求,判断话单写入请求 对应的话单是否跨越快照时间点,如果是, 向所述话单拆分单元发送话单拆分 请求, 并根据返回的话单拆分结果, 向所述存储子单元发送话单写入请求; 否 则, 直接向所述存储子单元发送话单写入请求;
所述存储子单元,用于存储话单数据, 并根据所述第三判断子单元发送的 话单写入请求将相应话单写入话单数据;
所述话单拆分子单元, 用于根据所述第三判断子单元发送的话单拆分请 求, 完成相应话单的拆分, 并返回话单拆分结果。
16、 如权利要求 15所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述话单处理单元还包括 时间分片单元, 用于获取话单拆分时间分片的长度, 并将时间分片发送给所述 话单拆分单元;
