业务计费的方法、 装置、 及系统、 及业务管理设备
本申请要求于 2007 年 7 月 14 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 200710137212.4、 发明名称为"对数据赠送业务计费的方法及系统、 及数据业 务管理设备"的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。 技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域中的计费技术, 更具体的涉及一种业务计费的方法、 装置及系统、 及业务管理设备。
背景技术
目前, 基础数据业务主要包括点对点短消息业务 ( SMS P2P , Short Messaging Service Point-to-Point )、 点对点多媒体消息业务 ( MMS P2P , Multimedia Messaging Service Point-to-Point )及其一些纯:巟量业务等; 而内容 类数据业务主要包括一些与业务提供商(SP, Service Provider )相关的增值类 业务, 例如一些点到应用服务器的短消息(SMS P2A, Short Messaging Service Point-to- Application ) 业务、 点到应用服务器的多媒体消息 ( MMS P2A , Multimedia Messaging Service Point-to-Application )业务以及一些: i¾i媒体业务 等, 都属于内容类数据业务。
由于基础数据业务一般都是按照条数或者是按照流量来进行计费的,因此 费率比较固定,通常可以和语音业务进行打包销售, 例如用户充值超过一定金 额或通话总时长超过一定量,可以为该用户赠送相应条数的点对点短消息或点 对点多媒体消息等。 而内容类数据业务通常根据内容、 时长以及接入号(例如 SP标识)等因素来进行灵活计费, 计费规则较为复杂, 因此和语音业务打包 销售的应用情况相对于基础数据业务要少一些。
如图 1所示, 为现有对数据业务进行计费的系统组成结构图,其中业务引 擎 /网关用于支撑数据业务流程, 以及触发鉴权扣费事件, 例如该业务引擎 /网 关为 SMS网关时,该 SMS网关首先会触发数据业务管理设备鉴权扣费,在扣 费成功后再下发 SMS给用户。 数据业务管理设备主要包括管理子系统和控制 子系统、 以及数据库(DB, Database ), 其中数据库 DB中存储有用户的账户 信息及其计费规则等等, 管理子系统用于对数据业务资费进行管理,控制子系 统用于按照计费规则对数据业务进行批价处理,然后将批价结果上报给智能网 中的业务控制点 (SCP, Service Control Point ). 智能网中的 SCP主要完成对 用户账户的管理,根据数据业务管理设备上报的批价结果,对用户的语音及其 数据通信过程进行实时扣费处理。
基于上述的数据业务计费系统, 对拥有数据赠送业务的用户进行计费处 理, 往往需要数据业务管理设备和智能网中的 SCP之间进行多次交互才能完 成。 例如以用户拨打 300分钟电话, 为该用户赠送 10K数据业务流量为例来 说明, 假设用户在某次数据业务通信过程中使用了 11K的数据业务流量, 数 据业务管理设备根据用户使用的 11K数据业务流量, 对此进行批价 10元后, 将批价结果上报给智能网中的 SCP; 智能网中的 SCP根据用户的账户发现, 用户只能享受 10K的免费数据业务流量, 便要求数据业务管理设备重新对用 户不能享受免费的 1K数据业务流量进行批价; 数据业务管理设备对 1K的数 据业务流量批价 1.5元, 再次将批价结果上报给智能网中的 SCP, 智能网中的 SCP根据数据业务管理设备上报的批价信息, 从用户的基本账户中扣除 1.5元 后, 从而完成计费处理。
综上可见,基于现有的数据业务计费系统,对拥有数据赠送业务的用户进 行计费处理往往需要数据业务管理设备和智能网之间进行复杂的交互,从而影 响到了智能网和数据业务管理设备的运行性能。
发明内容
本发明实施例提出一种业务计费的方法、 装置、及系统, 以简化对拥有数 据赠送业务的用户进行计费的过程,提高数据业务管理设备和智能网的运行性 能。
本发明实施例还对应的提出了一种数据业务管理设备。
本发明实施例提出了一种对数据赠送业务计费的方法, 包括步骤:接收上 报的用户当前具备的通信业务场景信息;以及根据用户当前的通信业务场景信 息,在预先存储的通信业务场景和各账户计费优先级的对应关系中, 查找在各 账户中进行计费的优先级信息, 所述各账户包括用户的各免费账户; 按照查找 到的优先级信息,在预先存储的该用户各账户中依次进行批价处理, 并将批价 结果上报给智能网; 以便于由智能网根据所述上报的批价结果,对预先存储的 该用户各账户依次进行扣费处理。 本发明实施例还对应的提出了一种数据业务管理设备, 包括: 数据库, 用 于存储用户的各账户信息, 以及通信业务场景和各账户计费优先级的对应关 系, 所述各账户包括用户的各免费账户; 业务场景信息接收单元, 用于接收业 务引擎 /网关上报的用户当前具备的通信业务场景信息; 查找单元, 用于根据 所述业务场景信息接收单元接收的通信业务场景信息,在所述数据库存储的通 信业务场景和各账户计费优先级的对应关系中,查找在各账户中进行计费的优 先级信息; 批价处理及上报单元, 用于按照所述查找单元查找的优先级信息, 在所述数据库存储的该用户各账户中依次进行批价处理,并将批价结果上报给 智能网, 以便由所述智能网根据所述上报的批价结果,对预先存储的该用户各 账户依次进行扣费处理。
本发明实施例还对应的提出了一种对数据赠送业务计费的系统, 包括: 业 务引擎 /网关, 用于上报用户当前具备的通信业务场景信息; 数据业务管理设 备, 用于根据所述业务引擎 /网关上报的用户当前的通信业务场景信息, 在预 先存储的通信业务场景和各账户计费优先级的对应关系中 ,查找在各账户中进 行计费的优先级信息, 所述各账户包括用户的各免费账户; 以及按照查找的优 先级信息,在预先存储的该用户各账户中依次进行批价处理, 并将批价结果上 报给智能网; 智能网, 用于根据所述数据业务管理设备上报的批价结果, 对预 先存储的该用户各账户依次进行扣费处理。
本发明实施例还对应的提出了一种计费的设备, 包括批价信息接收单元, 用于接收数据业务管理设备上报的批价结果信息; 其中,所述批价结果由所述 数据业务管理设备根据收到的用户当前的通信业务场景信息,在预先存储的通 信业务场景和各账户计费优先级的对应关系中,查找在各账户中进行计费的优 先级信息, 并按照所述优先级信息,在预先存储的该用户各账户中依次进行批 价处理得到; 计费处理单元, 用于按照所述批价信息接收单元接收到的批价结 果, 对预先存储的用户各账户依次进行扣费处理。
所述设备还包括账户信息同步单元,用于将所述设备存储的用户各账户信 息同步给数据业务管理设备。
所述设备还包括账户信息更新通知单元,用于在用户的各账户信息发生变 化时, 通知数据业务管理设备更新用户的各账户信息。 采用本发明实施例方案,可以在数据业务管理设备中一次性的完成对用户 使用的免费业务及其非免费业务进行批价处理,并由智能网根据数据业务管理 设备的批价结果,一次性的完成对用户使用的免费业务及其非免费业务进行扣 费处理, 因此较好的简化了对拥有数据赠送业务的用户进行计费的过程,使数 据业务管理设备和智能网之间的交互次数变少,进而提高了数据业务管理设备 和智能网的运行性能。

如图 2 所示, 为一些实施例提出的对数据赠送业务计费的方法示意流程 图, 包括如下步骤:
步骤 10, 数据业务管理设备接收业务引擎或者网关上报的用户当前具备 的通信业务场景信息。例如, 业务引擎或者网关在请求数据业务管理设备对用 户请求的数据业务进行鉴权批价时,将用户当前具备的通信业务场景信息上报 给数据业务管理设备,其中上报的用户当前具备的通信业务场景信息包括主叫 是否漫游信息、 主叫号码类型信息、被叫归属地信息以及业务类型信息等。 上 述数据业务管理设备可以是任何具有数据业务管理功能的设备,业务引擎或者 网关可以是任何具有上报相关通信业务场景信息的功能的设备。
步骤 20, 数据业务管理设备根据用户当前的通信业务场景信息, 在预先 存储的通信业务场景和各账户计费优先级的对应关系中,查找在该用户的各账 户中进行计费的优先级信息,其中用户的各账户包括用户的各免费账户、或者 还包括用户的基本账户等。 步骤 30, 数据业务管理设备按照上述查找的优先级信息, 在预先存储的 该用户各账户中依次进行批价处理, 并将批价结果上报给智能网中的 SCP。
步骤 40, 由智能网中的 SCP根据数据业务管理设备上报的批价结果, 对 预先存储的该用户各账户依次进行扣费处理。
为了完成上述步骤 30和 40, 可以分别在数据业务管理设备和智能网中分 别存储针对一个用户的多个账户信息。例如,可以预先在智能网中存储用户的 各账户信息 (包括用户的各免费账户、 或者还包括用户的基础账户等), 以及 由智能网将存储的用户各账户信息同步给数据业务管理设备,作为在数据业务 管理设备中预先存储的用户各账户信息。后续在用户通信过程中,会引起用户 的各账户信息发生变化, 这样智能网在更新了自身存储的用户各账户信息后, 还需要及时通知数据业务管理设备, 更改存储的用户各账户信息; 数据业务管 理设备根据智能网的通知, 对自身存储的对应用户的各账户信息进行更改处 理, 以及时更新用户的各账户信息。
如图 3所示, 为实施上述方法的数据业务计费系统的实施例结构示意图, 其中业务引擎 /网关, 用于将用户当前具备的通信业务场景信息上报给数据业 务管理设备; 数据业务管理设备, 用于根据用户当前的通信业务场景信息, 在 预先存储的通信业务场景和各账户计费优先级的对应关系中,查找在各账户中 进行计费的优先级信息,其中各账户包括用户的各免费账户、或者还包括用户 的基本账户, 以及按照查找的优先级信息,在预先存储的该用户各账户中依次 进行批价处理, 并将批价结果上报给智能网; 智能网, 用于根据数据业务管理 设备上报的批价结果, 对预先存储的该用户各账户依次进行扣费处理。
例如, 业务引擎 /网关可以在请求数据业务管理设备对用户请求的数据业 务进行鉴权批价时,将用户当前具备的通信业务场景信息上报给数据业务管理 设备。此外一个实现方式是在用户的免费账户中计费的优先级要高于在用户的 基本账户中计费的优先级。
为实施本发明上述提出的方法实施例 ,需要在现有的数据业务计费系统中 的数据业务管理设备和智能网之间扩展两个接口: 一个是账户信息同步接口, 智能网通过该接口将自身存储的用户各账户信息同步给数据业务管理设备;一 个是账户信息更新接口 ,智能网通过该接口通知数据业务管理设备对存储的用 户各账户信息进行更新处理。
如图 4所示, 为基于图 3所示的系统给出的账户信息同步流程、账户信息 更新流程及其扣费规则配置流程 , 其中账户信息同步流程实现过程如下:
S401、在智能网中为每一用户配置多个账户 ,针对每一用户需要维护其拥 有的各账户名称、 账户编号、 账户类型(包括免费资源账户、 免费量账户、 基 本账户等)以及账户说明等各信息之间的对应关系。 如下表 1所示, 为在智能 网中为一个用户配置的多账户信息对应表。

S402、智能网将上述配置的用户各账户信息同步到数据业务管理设备的管 理子系统中。
5403、 智能网向运营商反馈配置账户成功消息。
此外, 账户信息更新流程实现过程如下:
5404、 当用户使用数据业务或者话音智能网业务进行通信的过程中,智能 网会根据用户的实际使用情况扣除该用户的各账户余额,使用户的各账户信息 发生变化。例如将其免费赠送 SMS账户中免费 SMS条数缩减,或将其基本账 户金额缩减等等。
5405、智能网在用户的各账户余额发生变化时, 向数据业务管理设备中的 管理子系统发送账户信息更新通知 , 通知数据业务管理设备中的管理子系统 , 对存储的该用户的各账户信息进行更新处理,数据业务管理设备中的管理子系 统根据接收的通知消息 , 对维护的该用户各账户信息进行对应的更改处理。 此外, 扣费规则配置流程实现过程如下:
S406、在数据业务管理设备中的管理子系统中配置扣费规则,其中扣费规 则为用户的通信业务场景与在用户的多个账户中进行扣费的优先级顺序的对 应关系。其中用户的通信业务场景信息包括主叫是否漫游信息、主叫号码类型 信息、 被叫归属本运营商 /本国其他运营商 /国际用户信息、 以及业务类型信息 等等。例如下表 2所示, 为在数据业务管理设备的管理子系统中配置的两个扣 费规则。

上述表 2中的规则 1表示对于用户所处业务场景为在 SMS P2P业务中, 被叫用户属于网内用户时,在为该用户维护的多个账户中,先在国内网内免费 短消息账户中扣除国内网内的免费短消息条数,再在奖励短消息金额账户中扣 除奖励 SMS金额, 最后在基本账户中扣除用户的基本账户。 而规则 2则表示 对于用户所处的业务场景为在 SMS P2P业务中, 被叫用户属于本地网外用户 时,在为该用户维护的多个账户中,先在国内网外免费短消息账户中扣除国内 网外的免费短消息条数, 再在奖励短消息金额账户中扣除奖励 SMS金额, 最 后在基本账户中扣除用户的基本账户。可见在本实施例配置的扣费规则中,在 用户免费账户中计费的优先级要高于在用户基本账户中计费的优先级。
S407 ~ S408、 数据业务管理设备中的管理子系统保存上述配置的扣费规 则, 然后, 向运营商反馈扣费规则配置成功消息。
如图 5所示, 为在上述图 4所示配置信息的基础上,对拥有赠送数据业务 的用户进行计费的处理过程示意图, 其中处理过程具体如下:
S501.请求业务下发。 具体地, 终端用户请求业务网关下发相应的数据业 务。 S502.鉴权批价请求。 具体地, 业务网关向数据业务管理设备中的控制子 系统发送针对该终端用户请求的数据业务的鉴权批价请求消息,该消息中携带 该用户请求的数据业务类型、 用户号码、使用量等信息, 这些信息组成该用户 当前的通信业务场景信息。
S503.才 据用户的当前通信业务场景, 匹配对应的各账户计费优先级。 具 体地,数据业务管理设备中的控制子系统根据该用户的通信业务场景信息,根 据预先存储的通信业务场景信息和在用户多账户中进行扣费的优先级对应关 系 , 匹配该业务场景下在该用户的多账户中进行扣费的优先级信息。
5504.依照优先级队各账户进行批价处理。 具体地, 数据业务管理设备中 的控制子系统才 据匹配到的优先级信息 , 在预先存储的该用户的多个账户中 , 依次进行账户批价处理。
5505. 多账户扣除请求。 具体地, 控制子系统根据上述的账户批价处理结 果信息, 向智能网发起针对该用户的多个账户的扣费请求。
5506. 多个账户扣除。 具体地, 智能网根据控制子系统的扣费请求, 依次 对该用户的多个账户进行扣除处理。
S507 - S508. 扣除成功应答, 之后鉴权批价应答。 具体地, 智能网向控制 子系统反馈扣除成功应答消息,控制子系统向业务网关反馈鉴权批价成功应答 消息。
S509. , 业务下发。 具体地, 业务网关在接收到鉴权批价成功应答消息后 向终端用户下发相应的数据业务。
下面列举一个具体实施例:
该实施例^殳在智能网上为一个智能网用户 (号码为 13688888888 )配置 了两个账号: 101 -代表该用户的基本账户, 余额为 100元; 201 -代表针对该 用户的流量赠送账户, 赠送流量为 10K。
上述配置的账户信息已经由智能网同步给数据业务管理设备。
在数据业务管理设备中配置该用户在消费 WAP业务场景下, 按照先扣流 量赠送账户再扣基本账户的扣费规则进行扣费处理。
假设该用户在某次浏览 WAP业务时使用了 11K的业务流量,数据业务管 理设备首先根据该用户的当前业务场景 , 匹配到扣费规则是先扣流量赠送账 户, 再扣基本账户; 按照该扣费规则, 先查询该用户的流量赠送账户, 由于该 用户的流量赠送账户的赠送流量为 10K, 继续查询该用户的基本账户,对剩余 的 1K非免费流量进行批价, 批价金额是 1.5元; 数据业务管理设备一次性的 向智能网中的 SCP上报批价结果信息: 在账户 201 中扣除流量 10K, 以及在 账户 101中扣除费用 1.5元; 智能网中的 SCP根据接收到的批价结果信息,依 次对该用户的两个账户进行扣费处理。
采用本发明实施例方案,可以在数据业务管理设备中一次性的完成对用户 使用的免费业务及其非免费业务进行批价处理,并由智能网根据数据业务管理 设备的批价结果,一次性的完成对用户使用的免费业务及其非免费业务进行扣 费处理, 因此较好地简化了对拥有数据赠送业务的用户进行计费的过程,使数 据业务管理设备和智能网之间的交互次数变少,进而提高了数据业务管理设备 和智能网的运行性能。
如图 6所示,为一些实施例提出的对数据赠送业务计费的系统结构示意框 图。 该系统包括业务引擎 /网关 601、 数据业务管理设备 602、 智能网 603, 其中,所述业务引擎 /网关 601 ,用于上报用户当前具备的通信业务场景信 所述数据业务管理设备 602用于根据所述业务引擎 /网关 601上报的用户 当前的通信业务场景信息,在预先存储的通信业务场景和各账户计费优先级的 对应关系中, 查找在各账户中进行计费的优先级信息,所述各账户包括用户的 各免费账户; 以及按照查找的优先级信息,在预先存储的该用户各账户中依次 进行批价处理 , 并将批价结果上报给智能网;
所述智能网 603 , 用于根据所述数据业务管理设备 602上报的批价结果, 对预先存储的该用户各账户依次进行扣费处理。
具体的,所述数据业务管理设备 602中的数据库 100中存储有用户的各账 户信息, 以及通信业务场景和各账户计费优先级的对应关系信息,其中用户的 各账户信息包括用户的各免费账户信息,或者还包括用户的基本账户信息; 业 务场景信息接收单元 200,用于接收业务引擎 /网关上报的用户当前具备的通信 业务场景信息; 查找单元 300, 用于根据所述业务场景信息接收单元 200接收 的通信业务场景信息,在所述数据库 100存储的通信业务场景和各账户计费优 先级的对应关系信息中, 查找在各账户中进行计费的优先级信息; 批价处理及 上报单元 400, 用于按照所述查找单元 300查找的优先级信息, 在所述数据库 100存储的该用户各账户中依次进行批价处理, 并将批价结果上报给智能网, 以便由所述智能网根据所述上报的批价结果,对预先存储的该用户各账户依次 进行扣费处理。。
此外本发明实施例中的数据业务管理设备还包括账户更新单元 500, 用于 在用户通信过程中 , 接收智能网发来的用于更新用户各账户信息的通知消息 , 以及根据该通知消息,对所述数据库 100中存储的用户各账户信息进行更新处 理。
其中在用户的各账户中,计费的优先级为: 在免费账户中计费的优先级高 于在基本账户中计费的优先级。
如图 7所示, 为另一些对数据赠送业务计费的设备的实施例组成结构框 图。 其中该设备可以为智能网中的 SCP, 或者, 还可以为多业务控制网关 ( Multi-Service Control Gateway )、移动数据业务控制中心( Mobile Data Control Center ) 、 业务交换控制点( Service Switching and Control Point、 SSCP )等其 它设备。 具体包括在批价信息接收单元 700, 用于接收数据业务管理设备上报 的批价结果信息; 计费处理单元 710, 用于按照批价信息接收单元 700接收到 的批价结果, 对预先存储的用户各账户依次进行扣费处理; 其中, 所述批价结 果由所述数据业务管理设备根据收到的用户当前的通信业务场景信息,在预先 存储的通信业务场景和各账户计费优先级的对应关系中,查找在各账户中进行 计费的优先级信息, 并按照所述优先级信息,在预先存储的该用户各账户中依 次进行批价处理得到。 账户信息同步单元 720, 用于将该设备内存储的用户各账户信息同步给数 据业务管理设备; 账户信息更新通知单元 730, 用于在用户的各账户信息发生 变化时, 通知数据业务管理设备更新用户的各账户信息。 通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本发明 可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现, 当然也可以通过硬件,但很 多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上 或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机 软件产品存储在一个存储介质中, 包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可 以是个人计算机, 服务器, 或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述的方 法。
综上可见, 采用本发明实施例提出的对数据赠送业务进行计费的方案, 由 于可以在数据业务管理设备中一次性的完成对用户使用的免费业务及其非免 费业务进行批价处理, 并由智能网根据数据业务管理设备的批价结果, 一次性 的完成对用户使用的免费业务及其非免费业务进行扣费处理 ,因此较好的简化 了对拥有数据赠送业务的用户进行计费的过程,使数据业务管理设备和智能网 之间的交互次数变少, 进而提高了数据业务管理设备和智能网的运行性能。

按照查找到的优先级信息,在预先存储的该用户各账户中依次进行批价处 理 , 并将批价结果上报给智能网;
以便于由智能网根据所述上报的批价结果,对预先存储的该用户各账户依 次进行扣费处理。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
与智能网上存储的用户各账户信息同步,作为在数据业务管理设备中预先 存储的用户各账户信息。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括步骤:
在用户通信过程中,接收智能网发来的用于更新用户各账户信息的通知消 息; 以及
才艮据所述通知消息, 对存储的用户各账户信息进行更新。

6、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述业务引擎 /网关请求数 据业务管理设备对用户请求的数据业务进行鉴权批价时, 接收所述业务引擎 / 网关上报的用户当前具备的通信业务场景信息。
7、 一种业务管理设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
数据库, 用于存储用户的各账户信息, 以及通信业务场景和各账户计费优 先级的对应关系 , 所述各账户包括用户的各免费账户; 业务场景信息接收单元, 用于接收业务引擎 /网关上报的用户当前具备的 通信业务场景信息;
查找单元, 用于根据所述业务场景信息接收单元接收的通信业务场景信 息,在所述数据库存储的通信业务场景和各账户计费优先级的对应关系中, 查 找在各账户中进行计费的优先级信息;
批价处理及上报单元, 用于按照所述查找单元查找的优先级信息,在所述 数据库存储的该用户各账户中依次进行批价处理, 并将批价结果上报给智能 网, 以便由所述智能网根据所述上报的批价结果,对预先存储的该用户各账户 依次进行扣费处理。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的设备, 其特征在于, 还包括:
账户更新单元, 用于在用户通信过程中,接收智能网发送的用于更新用户 各账户信息的通知消息, 以及根据所述通知消息,对所述数据库中存储的用户 各账户信息进行更新。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的设备, 其特征在于, 所述各账户中还包括用户的 基本账户信息;
所述在各账户中计费的优先级为:在免费账户中计费的优先级高于在基本 账户中计费的优先级。
10、 一种业务计费的系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
业务引擎 /网关, 用于上报用户当前具备的通信业务场景信息;
数据业务管理设备, 用于根据所述业务引擎 /网关上报的用户当前的通信 业务场景信息, 在预先存储的通信业务场景和各账户计费优先级的对应关系 中, 查找在各账户中进行计费的优先级信息, 所述各账户包括用户的各免费账 户; 以及
按照查找的优先级信息, 在预先存储的该用户各账户中依次进行批价处 理, 并将批价结果上报给智能网;
智能网, 用于根据所述数据业务管理设备上报的批价结果,对预先存储的 该用户各账户依次进行扣费处理。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述业务引擎 /网关在请求 所述数据业务管理设备对用户请求的数据业务进行鉴权批价时 ,还用于将用户 当前具备的通信业务场景信息上报给所述数据业务管理设备。
12、 如权利要求 10所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述各账户中还包括用户 的基本账户信息;
所述在各账户中计费的优先级为:在免费账户中计费的优先级高于在基本 账户中计费的优先级。
13、 一种计费的设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
批价信息接收单元, 用于接收数据业务管理设备上报的批价结果信息; 其 中,所述批价结果由所述数据业务管理设备根据收到的用户当前的通信业务场 景信息,在预先存储的通信业务场景和各账户计费优先级的对应关系中, 查找 在各账户中进行计费的优先级信息, 并按照所述优先级信息,在预先存储的该 用户各账户中依次进行批价处理得到;
计费处理单元, 用于按照所述批价信息接收单元接收到的批价结果,对预 先存储的用户各账户依次进行扣费处理。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的设备, 其特征在于, 还包括:
账户信息同步单元,用于将所述设备存储的用户各账户信息同步给数据业 务管理设备。
15、 如权利要求 13所述的设备, 其特征在于, 还包括:
账户信息更新通知单元, 用于在用户的各账户信息发生变化时,通知数据 业务管理设备更新用户的各账户信息。
