Abstract

 異なる液体を直列に接触させ、その前後を空気で挟んで混合流路内を一方向に送液することで、混合流路の壁面のせん断力と液体と空気との界面の表面張力とによる動きを利用して液体を混合することができるので、異なる液体を効率よく混合することのできるマイクロ検査チップの液体混合方法および検査装置を提供することができる。
