Abstract

A fastening body for detecting axial force and an axial force monitoring system capable of simply monitoring at relatively low cost a reduction in axial fastening force of a fastening body such as a bolt. A fastening body unit (1) is constructed by installing a pin type load cell (20), a transmitter substrate (30), and an IC tag (50) on an axial force detection bolt (10). A receiving unit sends electric power to the axial force detection bolt (10) by using a wireless electric power supply technique. The transmitter substrate (30) measures a strain signal by using the received electric power and sends the measured result to the receiving unit.
