Abstract

【課題】本発明は、膜タンパク質、特に、トランスポーター（例えば、ＡＢＣトランスポーター）の細胞膜上における安定化を維持、促進するための薬剤及び方法の提供を目的とする。 【解決手段】本発明は、４－フェニルブチル酸を含むカルボン酸及びその誘導体で細胞を処理することで、細胞膜上に存在するタンパク質の分解を抑制し、膜上におけるタンパク質の安定性を維持促進する方法、及び、４－フェニルブチル酸を含むカルボン酸及びその誘導体を含有する膜タンパク質の安定化剤を提供する。
