Abstract

It is intended to provide a method of exposing a part which shows a minute difference in light reflected from a living body. A method of detecting an image of a part showing a minute difference in light reflected from a living body which comprises: forcing the living body to take a definite posture correlating to a disease; photographing a site including the part showing a minute difference in light reflected from the living body appearing on the skin of the living body at a luminance of 50 lux to 250 lux; controlling the RGB, lightness and contrast of the image thus photographed by image processing in such a manner as highlighting the above-described part showing a minute difference in light reflected from the living body; and thus detecting the part showing a minute difference in light reflected from the living body.
