Abstract

A tiltable column comprising: a first post member; a second post member; and a hinge assembly, the hinge assembly being arranged to hingedly connect the first post member and the second post member, wherein the hinge assembly is so sized and configured that no part thereof extends outside an envelope defined by outer surface portions of the first and second post members local to the hinge assembly.
