Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à un système catalytique, à un procédé de fabrication de ce système, ainsi qu'à des utilisations de ce système. Le système catalytique de l'invention se caractérise en ce qu'il comprend des molécules d'un polymère comportant à une de ses extrémités ou le long de la chaîne une ou plusieurs fonctions polaires; un solvant, ledit solvant, du fait de ladite fonction polaire dudit polymère, provoquant et maintenant lorsque lesdites molécules du polymère y sont introduites une organisation desdites molécules du polymère en agrégats, micelles ou vésicules de telle manière que les fonctions polaires dudit polymère se trouvent à l'intérieur des agrégats, micelles ou vésicules formés; et un activateur de catalyseur et un catalyseur confinés dans lesdites agrégats, micelles ou vésicules dudit polymère. Le système catalytique de la présente invention peut être utilisé par exemple pour catalyser une (co)polymérisation d'oléfines.
