Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de conversion d'énergie comprenant un émetteur thermo-ionique (10) pour émettre des électrons à partir de celui-ci lorsqu'il est exposé à une source de rayonnement, l'émetteur comprenant un substrat (11), une couche métallique (12), portée par le substrat (11), et une couche de nanoparticules (13) contenant des nanoparticules de diamant traitées par du lithium, la couche de nanoparticules (13) étant en contact électrique avec la couche métallique (12), un collecteur (20), espacé à distance de l'émetteur thermo-ionique (10), et conçu pour collecter des électrons émis par l'émetteur thermo-ionique (10), et des première et seconde connexions électriques (50), conçues pour être en contact électrique avec la couche métallique (12) de l'émetteur (10) et le collecteur (20) respectivement.
