Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fixation d'un ou plusieurs composé(s) à liaisons peptidiques, tels que des protéines, sur un microsystème de type comportant un réseau d'électrodes recouvrant un substrat, et un tel microsystème incorporant ces composés. Le procédé de fixation selon l'invention se rapporte à un microsystème (1) comportant un réseau d'électrodes recouvrant un substrat, et il comprend la séquence d'étapes suivantes: a) un dépôt électrolytique sur l'une au moins de ces électrodes d'une couche polymérique à base d'au moins un polymère conducteur électronique hydrophobe, via une mise en contact de la ou des électrode(s) avec un électrolyte (7) comprenant un monomère à polymériser, puis b) une mise en contact de la couche polymérique hydrophobe ainsi obtenue avec un milieu peptidique contenant le(s) dit(s) composé(s) à fixer, pour immobiliser ce(s) dernier(s) sur ledit réseau essentiellement par des liaisons hydrophobes.
