Abstract

A powder measuring device includes a housing (81) having a shaft installation hole (81a) and also includes a supply shaft (82) rotatably fitted in the shaft installation hole (81a). On the outer periphery of the supply shaft (82), there are arranged a contact surface (82a) in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the shaft installation hole (81a) and a measuring hole (88) surrounded by the contact surface (82a) and recessed toward the radial center of the supply shaft (82) from the contact surface (82a). The housing (81) has a powder introduction opening (86) adapted to be connected to the measuring hole (88) of the supply shaft (82) when the measuring hole (88) is directed upward, and also has a powder take-out opening (87) adapted to be connected to the measuring hole (88) when the measuring hole (88) is directed downward.
