Abstract

 薬物感受性が著しく向上した酵母遺伝子破壊株セットを提供する。  本発明の酵母細胞セットは、2種以上の酵母細胞からなる酵母細胞セットであって、前記2種以上の酵母細胞の各々が相互に異なる遺伝子の少なくとも1種を欠損又は変異し、かつ、前記2種以上の酵母細胞のすべてが薬物感受性関連遺伝子の少なくとも1種を発現制御された薬物高感受性酵母細胞からなる酵母細胞セットである。
