当空调开启时, 电机 60、 61同时开启, 电机 60、 61分别带动主传动轮 50、 51 转动, 主传动轮 50、 51分别带动传动链 70、 71向下运动, 在传动链 70、 71上有两 个相对滑块连接杆 120固定的定位器 160、 161 , 在定位器 160、 161的带动下, 滑块 连接杵 120向下运动。 滑块连接杆 120通过连接板 30和连接板 110带动滑动门 120 向下运动。 当滑动门向下运动至下端相应的定位开关 140位置, 定位开关 140将信号 传给控制器, 控制器使电机 60、 61停止运动, 此时滑动门 120处于最大开启状态。 当空调器关闭时, 电机 60、 61开启反转, 通过电机 60、 61分别带动主传动轮 50、 51转动, 主传动轮 50、 51带动传动链 70、 71向上运动, 在传动链 70、 71的定位器 160、 161的带动下, 滑块连接杆 120向上运动。 滑块连接杆 120通过连接板 30和连 接板 110带动滑动门 120向上运动。 当滑动门 120向上运动至上端相应的定位开关 141位置, 定位开关 141将信号传给控制器, 控制器使电机 60、 61立即停止运动, 此时滑动门 120处于最大关闭状态。
这种空调器可以在空调开启的时候滑动门同时开启保证排气口的通畅,在空调器 关闭的时候滑动门同时关闭,保证了灰尘等异物通过排气口落入空调器内, 能保持室 内空气的洁净。
上述所列具体实现方式为非限制性的,对本领域的技术人员来说,在不偏离本实 用新型范围内, 进行的各种改进和变化, 均属于本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims

权利 要求
1、 一种带有排气口滑动门的拒式空调器, 包括有:
空调器拒体;
上面板体(10), 该上面板体与拒式空调器拒体的前侧面的上部结合, 而且该上面 板体设有用来排出空气的排气口;
下面板体, 该下面板体在所述上面板体的下侧与所述空调器拒体前侧面的下部结 合;
所述上面板体和下面板体可为一体或为相互分离式结构;
滑动门部件,该滑动门部件包括有布置在所述排气口的后部并通过上下移动来开关 所述排气口的滑动门 (20);
门驱动装置, 该门驱动装置与滑动门 (20)相连, 以便驱使所述滑动门 (20)上下 移动;
出风框(40), 所述出风框(40)布置在上面板体后内侧, 所述出风框 (40)安装 有排气口叶片; 所述出风框(40)的左右内侧边设置有引导滑动门 (20)上下移动的滑 槽(150);
其特征在于, 所述门驱动装置包括有传动链部件以及传动机构; 所述门驱动装置连 接滑动门 (20) 的底部; 所述传动链部件包括有两组左右分开设置的电机(60) (61 )、 与电机( 60 ) ( 61 )相连的主传动轮( 50 ) ( 51 )、 从动轮( 90 ) ( 91 ) 以及连接所述主传 动轮(50) (51 )和从动轮(90) (91 )的传动链(70) (71 ); 所述传动机构包括有两个 滑块(100)、 (130)、 连接所述两个滑块(100)、 ( 130)的滑块连接杆(120) 以及连接 所述滑块连接杆(120)和滑动门 (20)底部的连接板装置。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的带有排气口滑动门的拒式空调器, 其特征在于, 滑块连 接杆(120) 的两端分别连接所述两个滑块(100)、 (130), 所述滑块连接杆(120)呈 水平放置的杆状结构。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的带有排气口滑动门的拒式空调器, 其特征在于, 所 述滑块连接杆(120)采用 "[" 形状, 所述两个滑块(100)、 ( 130)通过螺钉固定在滑 块连接杆( 120) 的两端。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的带有排气口滑动门的拒式空调器, 其特征在于, 所述连 接板装置包括有连接板一(110)和连接板二(30), 所述连接板一(110)采用 "[" 形 状, 所述连接板一(110)的水平长度尺寸小于滑块连接杆(120)的尺寸值, 所述连接 板一(110) 同方向地嵌套在滑块连接杆(120) 的外周, 所述连接板一 ( 110)通过卡 扣和螺钉与滑块连接杆(120) 固定; 连接板二(30) 为倾斜放置的平板, 所述连接板 二(30) 的顶部与滑动门 (20)相连, 底部与连接板一(110) 的顶部连接; 所述连接 板二 (30) 的水平长度尺寸小于滑块连接杆(120) 的水平尺寸。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的带有排气口滑动门的柜式空调器, 其特征在于, 所述传 动链(70) (71)位于竖直平面方向设置, 与滑动门 (20) 的运动方向平行; 主传动轮
(50) (51 )分别位于传动链( 70 ) ( 71 ) 的底部, 传动链( 70 ) ( 71 )分别缠绕在主传 动轮(50) (51) 的外周; 电机(60) (61)分别位于传动链(70) (71) 的下方驱动主 传动轮( 50 ) ( 51 ); 从动轮( 90 ) ( 91 )分别位于传动链( 70 ) ( 71 )的顶部, 传动链( 70 )
( 71 )分别缠绕在从动轮( 90 ) ( 91 ) 的外周。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的带有排气口滑动门的拒式空调器, 其特征在于, 所述出 风框(40) 的左右内侧边设置有的引导滑动门 (20)上下移动的滑槽(150) (151)和 背部,还设置有所述两个滑块( 100)、(130)的滑动通道(41 )(42), 所述滑动通道(41)
(42)为竖直方向的细长通孔。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的带有排气口滑动门的拒式空调器, 其特征在于, 所述两 个滑块(100)、 (130)的外端分别穿过所述滑动通道(42) (41)伸出所述出风框(40) 的两外侧, 所述两个滑块(100)、 (130)位于滑动通道(42) (41) 内上下滑动, 所述 传动链(70) (71)、 主传动轮(50) (51)、 从动轮(90) (91)位于所述出风框(40) 的外侧。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的带有排气口滑动门的拒式空调器, 其特征在于, 每个滑 动通道的上、 下极限位置均设置有定位开关 (141)、 (140)。
9、 根据权利要求 1 所述的带有排气口滑动门的拒式空调器, 其特征在于, 所述两 个滑块( 100 )、 ( 130 )与滑块连接杆( 120 )连接的相反一端, 包括有卡槽( 170 ) ( 171 ), 所述传动链( 70 )、 (71 )上设置有定位器( 160 )、 ( 161 ), 每个滑块( 100 )、 ( 130 ) 的 卡槽( 170) ( 171 )分别卡紧在相应的所述定位器上。
10、 根据权利要求 1所述的带有排气口滑动门的拒式空调器, 其特征在于, 所述两 个滑块(100)、 (130)整体为近似 "Z" 形状。
