Abstract

This invention is for the tube-connecting type toy for assembly toy. It constructs the connector to cross each other. As a result, it can verify the forming angles of connection rib by which the tube is connected. A hole is formed in the center of the body of the tube connector, and the connection rib is constructed to protrude beside the body. The edge of the connection rib is also formed and divided into V-form. The connector is composed of body and connection rib. At the body, there is a lateral insert groove of semicircle shape that can insert the connection rib. The lateral insert groove of this semicircle lets the connection ribs exist on the same plane.

Description

TUBE-CONNECTING TYPE TOY
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to assembly toys, more particularly, to provide in many different forms, such as block, magnetic bar and wood.
Description of the Related Art
Generally, assembly toys are provided in many different forms, such as block, magnetic bar and wood. The representative block toy is LEGO. In LEGO, there are connection projection and connection groove, so it can be assembled without any special connection. But, when it is manufactured by using the tube, the connector that connects the tubes is highly needed.
The connecting means used at the tube assembly form many connection ribs, so it makes the tube be connected, and is providing only specific equal angle such as linear or cruciform type to ease the connection with many tubes.
The forms stated above are fixed in angles, so they are useable only to the parts fitting to each forms, and when the connection angles are different, the connecting means are needed which have special angles. Also, by making the angles that connection ribs form by overlapping the linear form and cruciform by plural number, the method that controls connection angle between the tubes are being used. But as we see the above statements, due to the thickness of the connecting bar, the connection rib is not located on the same plane, so it is hard to form a specific angle.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
This invention is for the tube connector for assembly toy. Stating in more detail, it constructs the connector to cross each other. To the parts that intersect, it forms a groove part, so it makes their thickness partially overlapped, and locates the connection rib of other connectors to the identical surface. As a result, it can verify the forming angles of connection rib by which the tube is connected.
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above the problem.
It is partially overlapped by the groove part when it is cross-connected by other connector while forming the groove part at the center of the body. So, the protruded connection ribs to the body are on the identical plane.
Another form of connector is composed of body and connection rib of the connector, which are separated. There are grooves that can insert connection rib or tube alongside the body. The groove is of semicircle form. When connecting the two bodies facing each other, the connection rib of each body is on the plane, so the angles among the connection rib can be various in types.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
Now, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The same or similar elements are denoted by the same reference numerals even though they are depicted in different drawings, and a detail description thereof will be omitted. The tube connector for assembly toy according to this invention to achieve the purpose as above consists of united form in body and connection rib. There are horizontal planes to the both sides of the body above, and a hole is formed vertically on the upper horizontal plane at the center of the body above, and the connection rib is formed at the outer contour of the body of horizontal plane. The connection rib above is formed to protrude to the opposite side of the horizontal plane on which the connection rib above is formed while its thickness is halved. The connection rib above inserts the tube that is connected, and is formed by being separated into 2 forks of the above connection rib to be corrected firmly by the strength of stability. The connection rib above is formed horizontally which is identical with the above plane, or it specializes the formation of inclined direction to a specific angle to the above plane.
Also, the tube connector for assembly toy consists of connector connection rib that mutually connects the bodies. The body is formed as a hemisphere format. At the lower plane, it is flat, and at the lower to the upper part, it is curved. Lateral insert grooves are formed a lot around the flat part of the body. Many connection cavities are formed at the curved surfaces of the above body. It is characterized by each form of tube insert part and connector insert part at both edges of the connector connection rib above. The section of lateral insert groove above is semicircle, and hooked protrusion (52) is formed at both sides of the connector connection rib. The bodies above are fixed inside the hooked protrusion (52) above, and both ends of the above connection rib are separated into two forks. The tube connector (10) according to this invention consists of the united form of body(20) and connection rib(30). In case it is folded and bent as above, rotation of connection of the two connectors is possible, so the angles between the connection rib (30) are various. As well, it provides various angles in three dimension, so more detailed model fabrication is possible.
Referring to FIG. 7, the tube connector according to the 3rd practical example consists of the body (20) and the connector connection rib that connects the bodies above. The above body forms hemisphere-curved-surfaces (22) and planes (23), and at the plane of the body above, lateral insert groove (231) is formed, and can insert connector insert part of the connection rib, and at the curved part (22) above, there are many connection cavities (221) , so they let the connector insert part (41) of the connection rib be inserted.
The section of lateral insert groove (231) and connection cavity (221) above form identically with the connector insert part (41) of the connection rib. In case of lateral insert groove (231), many connection ribs can be inserted, and in case of connection cavity(221), many units can be formed within the range that can evade the interruption with connection cavities adjacent to them.
Also, the above connector can use two bodies connected as the reference of FIG. 9. At this time, the planes (23) of the above body (20) face each other and when they cross the upper and lower part by some degree, each lateral insert groove (231) of upper and lower part of the body is formed in different angles, and can provide various connection degrees of connection rib(40). At this time, the connection rib(40) inserted to the above lateral insert groove (231) can be overlapped partially by going inside the body and adjacent connection rib, but the connector body according to this invention can be formed by semicircle consisted of upper and lower part of the lateral insert groove as stated later, and differentiate and connect the layers by upper and lower parts inserted to adjacent lateral insert groove, and the two connection ribs (40) can be formed by various degrees without interruption.
Meanwhile, the above connection rib (40) consists of connector insert part (41) that is inserted to the connector described and the tube insert part (42), at which the tube is connected to the reference of FIGs. 10 and 11, and it is formed as the circle section by being connected to the tube of the circle. Among these connection ribs (40), the connector insert part (41) of the connection rib that is inserted to the lateral insert groove (231) or connection cavity (221) of the connector can have the section of semicircle, and also the lateral insert groove and connection cavity (221) above can be formed as semicircle, and the connection cavity above is formed a lot inside the body and can let the connection ribs (40) be connected. Also, the connector insert part (41) can be separated in both parts by being divided into 2 divisions from the section identical with the tube insert part (42), and it lets them be connected firmly with the connector.
As we referred to FIGs 12 and 13, the connector connection rib (50) of this invention can form tube insert part (51) at each section and can fix the body not to be separated-by penetrating the cavity of the two bodies (20) confronting each other. The body equipped of connector connection rib of the above unified form can connect the tube at both section, and enables connection of the tube by installing single connection rib through the lateral insert groove formed at the conjugated plane. In addition, the above connection rib (50) lets one pair of barrier (52) formed in a specific gap and lets the body (20) be located between the hooked protrusions, so it can let the body prevented of being shoved to one part.
The connector connection rib (50) where the hooked protrusion (52) is formed inserts the willful insertion form to the hole of the body and the two hooked protrusions let the body formed between the hooked protrusions. The two hooked protrusions fix their upper and lower body and let the body above (20) and connection rib be fixed by one unit. In addition, it forms many hooked protrusions in the connected edge of the connection rib formed of tube insertion at both ends, and can form fixation of the body and connection rib; the hooked protrusions above are chafed against the inner wall of hole.
The tube connector of this invention of this structure provides various angles of connection rib that fixes connecting the tube, so it can describe the draft in detail, and it made the connection rib formed to this on the identical plane without mutual interference.

Another form of connector is separated and is composed of body and connection rib. On the side of the lower section, there is lateral insert groove that can insert connection rib or tube. The lateral insert groove is semicircle and when the upper and lower bodies are connected, the connection rib that is inserted in the lateral insert groove can be in various angles on the plane.

3. The tube-connecting type toy according to claim 1 or
2, wherein the connection rib (30) above is the tube connector for assembly toy that characterizes the formation in horizontal direction identical to the horizontal plane above or the formation of regularly inclined direction to the horizontal plane at which the connecting rib is formed.

The tube-connecting type toy consisted of connection rib(30) that connects the bodies above and the body(20), the body (20) above is formed in hemisphere, and the plane (23) is formed at the lower part, and curved surface (22) is formed from the lower part to the upper part, and holes (21) are formed perpendicularly at the plane in the middle of the body above, and the lateral insert groove (231) is formed linearly or crosswise to the plane at the body above, and many connection cavities (221) are formed at the curved surface (22) of the body (20) above, and the tube connector for assembly toy that characterizes the formation of tube insert part (42) and connector insert part (41) at both ends of the connection rib (40) above.
5. The tube-connecting type toy according to claim 4, wherein the tube connector for assembly toys that characterizes the formation at which the body (20) above are fixed within the hooked protrusions (52) above while hooked protrusions are formed at both ends of the connection rib (51) above .
6 The tube-connecting type toy according to claim 4, wherein the tube connector for assembly toys that characterizes the formation of separated connector insert part into two divisions on the one side of the above connection rib (51), the insertion to the lateral insert groove (231) above, and the connection to the tube insert part that both ends are separated into two divisions to the other side of the connection rib above .
