Eventually, the cover central portion could have a little hole, sealed with sealant material, which must be removed in order to allow the air entrance inside the container, balancing the internal pressure with the external one. Thus, it is possible to open the easily container.
Deficient points of the state of art
The great inconvenient of models of vacuum-closed cover devices found on the market of congenerous is specifically the difficulty in cover manipulation by the consumer.
The vacuum-closed covers present big difficulty to the consumer in their opening, because of the construction of these models and the force exerted by the vacuum.
Their opening is extremely hard and it is only possible by applying big strength, once there is no instrument to help on this operation. It is common knowledge that individuals having weak physical constitution or aged peoples are not always able to open these containers because they have no strength enough.
On the models of covers where there is a device for vacuum breaking their opening is simplified, however their constitution disposition do not allow their reutilization when the product is not consumed in its totality. In this case the consumer needs to transfer the remaining content to another container, for being consumed in another future moment.
Summary of the Disposition Due to such inconvenient the inventor, who is related to the area, after many researches and studies created and developed the object of the present patent idealizing an airtight occlusion element which not only the mechanical and functional qualities were considered on the project for its fabrication, but also the shape, the disposition and the localization of its parts and components which correctly positioned brought an increasing efficiency without causing any charge.

Detailed description of the incorporations
In conformity with how much the pictures hereinabove illustrate the "INTRODUCED DISPOSITION ON AIRTIGHT ELEMENT OF OCCLUSION", object of the patent present, it is essentially characterized for being constituted from a polymeric ring-shaped element (1 ) having a flange on its upper face, having diameter in concordance with the containers (2) destined to keeping of preserved food products. The polymeric ring-shaped element (1 ) has also on his internal side face, a thread (3) standardized to the preserving container thread (2). Thus, it is possible to grant a sealing by simple mechanical coupling to the container (2), after the vacuum having been broken. The edge of the disc-shaped (8) element is bended up (9) on a quite reduced radius, being preceded for a curved molding (10) to the deposition of the sealing element and for joining it to the preserving container (2) nozzle. On its upper portion it is contemplated a ring-shaped lower (4) for fitting to the perpendicular (6) projection contemplated on the flange (5) of the threaded polymeric ring-shaped element (1).
The disposition introduced in occlusion element now presented allows its fixation to the container (2) by means of mechanical mounting of the thread (3) of the ring-shaped
o
O
element (1 ) before effecting the vacuum inside of the container (2), keeping its contents isolated from the external environment before and during the vacuum effectuation, being that after the operation of reducing the internal pressure the disc-shaped element (8) associated to the sealing material performs the sealing properly said and the ring-shaped element (1 ) is retightened, ensuring then the extra fixation and protection to the disc form element (8).
The connection of the disc-shaped element (8) to the ring-shaped element (1) works as a valve of warm air exhaustion during the process of heating for withdrawing the air and afterwards vacuum formation inside of the container (2), due to flexibility presented by polymeric ring-shaped element (1), this resource provides the attainment of a lower internal pressure of the container (2). Said occlusion element allows the warmed air outflow from the container (2), but does not allow the external heating liquid inflow during the operation for the withdrawing the air from the container (2).
Besides helping on the container (2) sealing process, the ring-shaped element (1 ) enables the container (2) simplified opening or vacuum breaking through rotational simple movement and even enables its reutilization ensuring an efficient and convenient occlusion.
Thus, the disposition introduced in an airtight occlusion element presents an occlusion element model in which the polymeric ring-shaped element (1 ) contains, connected to its central portion, a disc-shaped element (8) which is compressed against the top of the preserving container (2) nozzle. The airtight occlusion element, now presented, thus ensures an effective coupling by mechanic manipulated threading, which allied to the vacuum
system, stops the action of the external environment, even after the container opening (2) for consuming.
The ring-shaped element (1) has in its internal portion several triangular elements (15) disposed on the shed of his internal shoulder. Said triangular elements (15) are joined to the ring-shaped element (1 ) by means of a linking ring (13) in material continuance, more specifically, the related linking ring (13) is made by reduced diameter hoop which encircles the internal shoulder of the ring-shaped element (1 ) united in material continuance and exhibits in its internal face a plurality of triangular projections (15).
The disc-shaped element (8) presents in its upper surface a plurality of small projections, which profiles present the shape of rectangular triangles (12), positioned in circles in portion close to the internal shoulder of the ring-shaped element (1 ). The small projections with rectangular triangular profile (12) are positioned so that its opposite length stays directed to triangular projections of the ring-shaped element (1) and they mechanically intervene during the cover opening. The triangular elements (15), together with the projections with rectangular triangular profile (12) in the discshaped form element (8), create a visual sealing. Said sealing has the function of indicating the opening or attempt of the container opening (2). When the rotational movement for the cover opening occurs, the ring-shaped element turns on the counter-clockwise, being that on the initial opening movement, the disc-shaped element (8) remains stuck because of the vacuum and the sealing material which keeps it together to the container nozzle (2), thus the triangular elements (15) are dislocated from their position and the
ring is deformed when they pass above the projections with profile in rectangular triangular (12) positioned on the disc-shaped element (8).
It was referred, therefore, on the present descriptive report of a new conception on airtight occlusion element, by presenting as we could evidence by the analysis and by the presented pictures, innumerable differences regarding to the conventional models existing on the market, besides the functional and constructive technical characteristics totally different from those pertinent to the technical state. By the advantages that it offers, and also, by covering itself of truly innovative characteristics which fulfill all the newness and originality requisition of the genus, the present "INTRODUCED DISPOSITION ON AIRTIGHT ELEMENT OF OCCLUSION" collects necessary conditions for deserving the Model of Utility Privilege.
