Abstract

It is possible to assure mobility of a communication terminal and security of communication data and signaling. A communication module includes: an address acquisition unit which acquires a real address dynamically allocated by a communication relay device; a virtual interface unit for which a virtual address is allocated; a signaling control unit which establishes a first session with a communication control device by using the real address and then establishes a second session with the communication control device by using the virtual address after establishment of the first session; and a signaling transmission/reception unit which transmits a signaling message generated by the signaling control unit to the communication control device via the first session before establishment of the second session and transmits the signaling message to the communication control device via the second session after establishment of the second session.
