Abstract

Provided is an easily manufactured shield terminal incorporating an electrode. The shield terminal is provided with a piezoelectric sensor, which generates a potential difference between a signal electrode and a ground electrode, and a shield terminal, which transmits the potential difference. The shield terminal is provided with a board-like first insulating layer, which insulates a signal electrode and a ground electrode one from the other, and has a first surface and a second surface which is on the opposite side to the first surface; a film-like first ground electrode formed on the first surface; a signal electrode formed on the side of the second surface; a signal terminal carrying electricity to the signal electrode; and a ground terminal carrying electricity to the ground electrode. The signal terminal shields the signal terminal and the ground terminal by wrapping the terminals with the insulating layer and the ground electrode. The piezoelectric sensor includes the signal electrode, the ground electrode and the first insulating layer. The first insulating layer is a first polymeric piezoelectric body which generates a potential difference between the signal electrode and the ground electrode.
