Abstract

A beauty device has a tank, a steam generation mechanism or a mist generation mechanism, a control device, and a water drain mechanism. The water drain mechanism is adapted to dispose of water inside the steam generation mechanism or the mist generation mechanism and has a water drain pipe, a water drain opening, an open/close button for opening and closing the water drain pipe, and a water drain opening cover. The water drain opening cover is constructed, when in a closed state, to cover the water drain opening and, when in an open state, to be located below the water drain opening to receive water flowing out of the water drain opening. A water drain groove is formed in the water drain opening cover on one side thereof that faces the water drain opening when the cover is in the closed state. The water drain cover in the open state can drain, along the water drain opening cover, the water flowing out of the water drain opening. Further, to use the beauty device again, steam or mist can be generated by using fresh water.
