Abstract

The invention is the bullet charge mechanism with lock preventing the air and gas pressure drop during the shot in the air aim guns and pistols, and it relates to the system that prevents the air and gas leaks and thus increases the exit speed of the bullets and enables them to reach the target without deviation. As known, the biggest problem with the air aim guns and pistols is the air and gas leaks. Although this problem has been minimized with the existing methods, it has not been possible to obtain the same result for a long time. With this mechanism we have developed, the air and gas leaks have been totally prevented, the continuity has been provided, and also, the cover has been compressed and locked so that it is prevented from opening due to the shakes and friction resulting from the recoil.

Description

DESCRIPTION
Bullet Charge Mechanism with Lock Preventing the Air and Gas Pressure Drop during the Shot in the Air Guns and Other Aim Guns
The invention is the bullet charge mechanism with lock preventing the air and gas pressure drop during the shot in the air guns and pistols, and it relates to the system that prevents the air and gas leaks and thus increases the exit speed of the bullets and enables them to reach the target without deviation.
As will be understood from their name, the aim guns operate by the method of compressing the air and gas pressure. In the existing guns, there occur the air and gas leaks. Said leaks impair the shot performance of the guns and also prevent the bullet to reach a longer range, because they also decrease the exit speed of the bullet. Moreover, because the deviations will be increased due to these leaks, the problems with aiming are encountered and more than one shot may be necessary in order to hit the desired target. All such problems have led to the complaints of the users for many years.
The lockable bullet charge mechanism is formed to eliminate the problem of air and gas pressure drop in the guns during the shots. With this mechanism, the air and gas leaks are completely prevented and the long term use is provided. Also, the cover is compressed and locked and it is prevented from opening due to the shake and friction caused by the recoil.

The bullet charge mechanism with lock preventing the air and gas pressure drop during the shot in the air guns and pistols according to the invention is comprised by an integration of thirteen parts. The first part is the mechanism body (1). One end thereof has the slot (14) in which the barrel engages. The other end thereof is processed so that it will engage in the reservoir pipe (16). It also has an air hole (15) on the same side. It bears the channel (18) in which the mechanism cover (2) is fastened and the cover holder pin (3) slot (17).
Another part is the mechanism cover (2). There is located the holes (20, 25) bearing the bullet charge bodies (4, 8) on said mechanism cover (2). Said mechanism cover (2) resembles the shape of a half moon. It has a slot (24) with a middle section designed to enable fastening the action nut (6). The pin hole (19) is opened all along on the same. The mechanism cover (2), which bears on the top section thereof the holes (21) through which the adjusting bolt (5) serving to adjust the bullet charge bodies (4, 8) is fastened and the holes (23) through which the pressing ball (12) continuously pressing down the action nut (6) and thus preventing the involuntary movements is fastened, is designed to operate in a comfortable manner. Moreover, there is present the channel (22) through which the action nut arm (7) passes. The third part is the mechanism cover fixing pin (3). It has one end flat and the other end threaded. It is attached in the slot (17) on the mechanism body (1), in order to serve for securing the mechanism cover (2).
The fourth part is the bullet charge body (4) pierced in the center, which has on one end thereof the air rubber slot (28) and on the other end thereof arranged with right threads, with sealing gasket (13) slot (30) opened inside and the channels (31) located thereon. The channels (31) on it are opened to prevent the air and gas leaks due to the frictions in the gun resulting from the long term use. Since the air rubber (9) will come towards the front when the adjustment bolt (5) of the charge bodies is loosened and is attached in the other channel by screwing, the air and gas leak will be prevented.
The other part is the adjusting bolt (5) serving to adjust bullet charge bodies (4, 8). It is attached through the holes (21) on the mechanism cover (2), and thus it prevents the charge bodies (4, 8) from rotating and enables them to perform a linear movement.
The sixth part is the action nut (6). On one half of its interior is made the right thread slot and on the other half of its interior is made the left thread slot (35, 34). Its top section includes the slot (33) in which the action nut arm (7) is fastened.
The seventh part is the nut arm (7) serving to rotate the action nut (6), which arm has one end rounded and the other end threaded.
Another part is the bullet charge body (8) where the charge operation is carried out. On one end of the bullet charge body (8) is opened the slot (28) in which the air rubber is attached and on the other end thereof is made the left thread (36). Also on this part, there is located the channels (31) serving to carry out adjustments to prevent the leaks. It is attached along with the bullet charge bodyl (4) to the action nut (6) and it opens and closes upon the movement of the nut (6) in order to compress the air rubbers (9) and thus provides the air and gas sealing. The cover (2) that is tightened and locked to the gun body is not influenced by the shakes and the frictional movements. The ninth part is the air rubber (9). It is attached in the slots (28) on the bullet charge bodyl (4) and the bullet charge body2 (8) and ensures sealing.
The other parts are the nut pressing ball (12), nut pressing spring (11) and the spring holder screw (10). During the assembly, said three parts (10, 11, 12) are fastened to their corresponding locations on the mechanism cover (2), in order to keep the action nut (6) continuously under pressure and thus to prevent the nut (6) from rotating due to the shakes and loosening.
The last part is the sealing gasket (13). It is attached between the bullet charge mechanisms (4, 8) and provides air tightness. According to our invention, all the aforesaid parts are combined to form the bullet charge mechanism with lock. Owing to this mechanism, the air and gas leaks are totally eliminated and the aiming accuracy and high level targeting are provided in the air aim guns and pistols.
