Abstract

Disclosed is an apparatus for closing and opening a camera door, more particularly, to an apparatus for closing and opening the camera door in the mobile phone capable of automatically closing and opening a camera mounted on a mobile phone. The present invention comprises; a base disposed on a front of a lens; a driving part mounted on the base; a blade mounted to rotate on the base so as to close and open the opening; and a middle plate mounted to rotate on the upper or lower of the blade, wherein the middle plate is rotated by operating the driving part, and the blade is rotated by rotating the middle plate to close and open the opening, and the driving part rotates the middle plate by a magnetic force. Furthermore, the present invention comprises a base including an opening and disposed on the front of a lens with an opening; and a blade mounted to rotate on the base so as to close and open the opening, wherein a magnet is mounted on the blade.

Description
APPARATUS FOR CLOSING AND OPENING CAMERA DOOR
IN MOBILE
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to an apparatus for closing and opening camera door in mobile, more particularly, to an apparatus for closing and opening the camera door in the mobile phone capable of automatically closing and opening the camera mounted on the mobile phone. Background Art
[2] As photography and digital technology have developed, a cellular phone or a PDA with a camera device has appeared. The camera device makes an image which is imaged through a lens into an electric signal by using a color capture device, and converts the image into digital data to save.
[3] The camera device is mounted on the back, front or lateral face of the mobile phone or the PDA to enter light through the lens.
[4] Initially, the mobile phone or the PDA mostly includes an exposed lens on outside. In this case, the lens was damaged or the quality of the image was extremely degraded, as dust or rubbish covers a surface of the lens.
[5] As a result, the PDA or the mobile phone with a camera door is developed.
[6] At this time, two methods of closing and opening the door of the camera were proposed: one is the method of mechanical cameras closed and opened by mechanically interlocking according to users' operation, and the other is the method of au tomatic cameras closed and opened by automatically operating according to specific conditions.
[7] As an example of an apparatus for automatically closing and opening the door,
'CAMERA DOOR OPENING AND SHUTTING APPARATUS FOR FOLDER TYPE MOBILE PHONE' in Korean published Patent Application No. 2004-102482, and 'CAMERA DOOR OPENING AND SHUTTING APPARATUS FOR FOLDER TYPE MOBILE PHONE' in Korean Published Patent Application No. 2004-102483 are disclosed.
[8] The Patent Application No. 2004-102482 intends to automatically open and close a camera door composing one blade by using a solenoid, and the Patent Application No. 2004-102483 intends to automatically open and close a camera door comprising two blades by using a drive motor.
[9] However, in case of the Patent Application No. 2004-102482, a problem in using space is caused as the apparatus is opened and closed by the camera door comprising one blade, so wider space for moving the blade is requested. In case of the Patent Application No. 2004-102483, the space occupied by a motor is needed as the motor is used to move the door, and the motor makes lots of noise and there are frequent mechanical troubles.
[10] Additionally, when the camera door is closed by using the blade, the dust or the rubbish covers the surface of the lens, as the blade is not completely closed due to space made of little different lengths between parts.

Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem
[12] To solve the above mentioned problems of the prior art, this invention intends to provide an apparatus for closing and opening a camera door in a mobile phone capable of automatically and smoothly closing and opening the camera door, and perfectly closing the door by a blade. Technical Solution
[13] In order to accomplish the above objects, the present
[14] invention comprises; a base disposed on a front of a lens with an opening; a driving part mounted on the base; a blade mounted to rotate on the base so as to close and open the opening; and a middle plate mounted to rotate on the upper or lower of the blade, wherein the middle plate is rotated by operating the driving part, and the blade is rotated by rotating the middle plate to close and open the opening, and the driving part rotates the middle plate by a magnetic force.
[15] The driving part includes power transfer axis which rotates is mounted on an eccentric location of the base against the opening. And the middle plate includes a power transfer long hole in form of a circular arc is formed.
[16] The power transfer axis is inserted into the power transfer long hole, so as to rotate centered on the opening by rotating the power transfer axis.
[17] When the blade comprise a plurality of blades, a guide protrusion is formed on each blade in an upper direction, and the middle plate includes a guide long hole in a form of the circular arc into which the guide protrusion is inserted and slid, so as to rotate the blades by rotating the middle plate.
[18] A magnet is mounted on the blade.
[19] Otherwise, a magnet is mounted on either the blade or the base, and a magnet or a magnet substance contacted to the magnet is mounted on the other.
[20] In order to accomplish the above objects, another apparatus for closing and opening the camera door in mobile phone comprises: a base including an opening and disposed on the front of a lens; and a blade mounted to rotate on the base so as to close and open the opening, wherein a magnet is mounted on the blade.
[21] The blade comprises the plurality of blades to open and close the opening by mutually contacting both faces of the blades, wherein a magnet is mounted on at least one of the plurality of the blades.
[22] The magnet is mounted on the mutual contacting side of the blades.
[23] Furthermore, in order to accomplish the above objects, the other apparatus for closing and opening the camera door in mobile phone comprises: a base including an opening and disposed on the front of a lens; and a blade mounted to rotate on the base to close and open the opening, wherein a magnet is mounted on either the blade or the base, and a magnet or a magnetic substance contacted with the magnet is mounted on the other.
Advantageous Effects
[24] According to the above mentioned apparatus for closing and opening the camera door in the mobile phone of the present invention, the following effects can be obtained. [25] First, an opening is automatically and smoothly by a driving part driven by magnetism. [26] Additionally, a first and a second blade can be closed and opened smoothly at the same time by rotating a middle plate. [27] Second, the opening is perfectly closed by mounting a magnet on a blade, so rubbish such as the dust can be perfectly prevented from flowing through the opening. [28]

[51] The base 20 is disposed on the front of the camera lens, and an opening 25, which is shaped like a circle, is formed in the center of the base 20.
[52] The driving part 10 operates an apparatus for opening and closing by means of a driving power, and the driving part 10 is mounted on the base 20, more specifically, mounted on an eccentric location against the opening 25.
[53] As shown in Fig. 1, the driving part 10 comprises a coil 11, a yoke 12, a magnet 13 and a power transfer axis 14, wherein the power transfer axis 14 is rotated in a circular motion by a magnetic force when the power is supplied to the coil 11. [54] More specifically, the power transfer axis 14 is rotated by an interaction between an electromagnetic force generated from the coil 11 and the magnet 13 when the power is supplied to the coil 11. [55] At this time, as the power transfer axis 14 is mounted not in the center but in an eccentric location of the magnet 13, the power transfer axis 14 is not center in rotation but it is rotated in a concentric circle with the magnet 13 when the magnet 13 is rotated. [56] The blades operate to open and close the opening 25, and the blades are hinged to rotate on the base so as to mount. And it is possible to mount the magnet 28 not only on the first blade 31 and the second blade 32 but also on the base 20.

Claims
[1] An apparatus for closing and opening camera door in mobile, comprising: a base disposed on a front of a lens with an opening; a driving part mounted on the base; a blade mounted to rotate on the base so as to close and open the opening; and a middle plate mounted to rotate on the upper or lower of the blade, wherein the middle plate is rotated by operating the driving part, and the blade is rotated by rotating the middle plate to close and open the opening, and the driving part rotates the middle plate by a magnetic force.
[2] The apparatus for closing and opening camera door in mobile as claimed in claim 1, wherein the driving part includes a power transfer axis which rotates is mounted on an eccentric location of the base against the opening, and the middle plate includes a power transfer long hole in form of a circular arc is formed into which the power transfer axis is inserted to rotate centered on the opening by rotating the power transfer axis.
[3] The apparatus for closing and opening camera door in mobile as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein when the blade comprises a plurality of blades, a guide protrusion is formed on each blade in an upper direction, and the middle plate includes a guide long hole in a form of the circular arc into which the guide protrusion is inserted and slid, so as to rotate the blades by rotation of the middle plate.
[4] The apparatus for closing and opening camera door in mobile as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein a magnet is mounted on the blade.
[5] The apparatus for closing and opening camera door in mobile as claimed in claim
1 or 2, wherein a magnet is mounted on either the blade or the base, and a magnet or a magnetic substance contacted to the magnet is mounted on the other.
[6] The apparatus for closing and opening camera door in mobile, comprising: a base including an opening and disposed on the front of a lens; and a blade mounted to rotate on the base so as to close and open the opening, wherein a magnet is mounted on the blade.
[7] The apparatus for closing and opening camera door in mobile as claimed in claim 6, wherein the blade comprises the plurality of blades to open and close the opening by mutually contacting both faces of the blades, and wherein a magnet is mounted on at least one of the plurality of the blades.
[8] The apparatus for closing and opening camera door in mobile as claimed in claim 6 or 7, wherein the magnet is mounted on the mutual contacting sides of the blades.
[9] The apparatus for closing and opening camera door in mobile, comprising: a base including an opening and disposed on the front of a lens; and a blade mounted to rotate on the base so as to close and open the opening, wherein a magnet is mounted on either the blade or the base, and a magnet or a magnetic substance contacted with the magnet is mounted on the other.
