Abstract

 光ファイバの芯ずれによらず、照射位置を再現性よく調整することができる管体の残留応力改善装置及びその調整方法を提供する。そのため、管体の残留応力改善装置において、レーザヘッド5に、光ファイバ6をその周方向に回転可能に保持する回転保持機構9を設け、配管2の軸方向における光ファイバ6からのレーザ光の強度ピークの位置が、照射プロファイルの中心からずれた場合、ずれがない、若しくは、影響を最小化できるように、回転保持機構9により、光ファイバ6の周方向の保持位置を調整した。
