Abstract

　本発明の通信装置は、当該通信装置に接続された他の通信装置からパケットを受信するパケット受信部２２０と、パケット受信部２２０で受信されたパケットを格納するジッタバッファ２２８と、他の通信装置がハンドオーバされる場合に、ジッタバッファ２２８に格納された現行の他の通信装置からのパケットとハンドオーバ後の新たな他の通信装置からのパケットとを同一のセッションにおける連続的なパケットとして当該通信装置に認識させる連続認識部２３０と、を備えることを特徴としている（図２）。
