本发明实施例的一种分类实体, 包括: 分类单元, 用于对待分类 的内容进行分类; 添加单元, 用于将该分类实体的分类实体信息添加 到分类单元分类后的内容中。
本发明实施例的一种内容过滤的系统, 包括: 第一分类实体, 用 于对内容进行初始分类,并将第一分类实体的分类实体信息添加到分 类后的内容中; 内容过滤实体, 用于接收已分类内容, 并根据该已分 类内容中携带的分类实体信息确定对该内容进行分类的第一分类实 体可信任时, 则根据已分类内容中携带的内容类别对该内容进行过 滤。
本发明实施例的另一种内容过滤的方法, 包括下列步骤: 内容过 滤实体根据已分类内容中携带的分类实体信息,确定对该内容进行分 类的分类实体所用的分类标准与该内容过滤实体一致时,则根据已分 类内容中携带的内容类别对该内容进行过滤。
本发明实施例的另一种内容过滤实体, 包括: 读取单元, 用于读 取已分类内容中携带的分类实体信息和内容类别; 判断单元, 用于根 据读取单元读取的分类实体信息,确定对该内容进行分类的分类实体 所用的分类标准与该内容过滤实体一致时, 发出第一触发信号; 过滤 单元, 用于接收判断单元发出的第一触发信号, 并以收到第一触发信 号作为触发条件, 以读取单元读取的内容类别对所述内容进行过滤。
与现有技术相比,本发明实施例在已分类内容中携带了分类实体 信息, 使得内容过滤实体可对分类实体进行信任关系验证, 并在确定 分类实体可信任时, 再进行过滤操作; 使得内容过滤实体可对分类实 体所用的分类标准进行验证,并在确定分类实体所用的分类标准与该 内容过滤实体一致时, 再进行过滤操作。 附图说明

上述第一扩展元素和第二扩展元素根据具体实施例的要求,可同 时存在或单独存在。
说明: 不限于对 MPEG-7的分类相关部分进行了扩展,也可通过 在其它元数据 meta data中增加元素, 将分类实体的分类实体信息添 加到内容中。
基于上述扩展, 以下通过 9个实施例来具体描述。
实施例 1、 提供了一种内容过滤的方法, 使内容过滤实体可进行 信任关系验证, 参见图 1所示, 包括下列步骤:
步骤 S101、用户向 CP发出内容请求,在请求消息中携带内容 ID。 步骤 S102、 CP根据内容 ID,将对应的已分类内容通过网络发送 给用户, 在传输过程中经过内容过滤实体。 步骤 S103、 内容过滤实体读取该内容的 metadata,其中包括该内 容的类别和分类实体信息,进一步分类实体信息包括对该内容进行分 类的第一分类实体的 ID或名称。 内容过滤实体检查第一分类实体的 ID 或名称是否在内容过滤实体的信任列表中; 如果是, 转至步骤 S106。
进一步, 如果不是, 内容过滤实体也可釆取其它措施, 例如: 转 至步骤 S 104或直接终止过滤操作。 若转至步骤 S104, 则可保证内容 过滤实体得到可信任的内容类别,从而支撑 CBCS系统中各个实体之 间的信任模型。
步骤 S104、 内容过滤实体从信任列表中选择任一分类实体作为 可信任的第二分类实体(所述信任列表中的各个分类实体之间也可存 在优先级, 内容过滤实体按照优先级由高到低的顺序选择第二分类实 体), 并向第二分类实体发出分类请求, 在请求消息中携带该内容或 内容描述信息。
步骤 S105、 第二分类实体向内容过滤实体返回该内容对应的类 别。
步骤 S106、内容过滤实体根据从可信任分类实体(若从步骤 S103 转入, 则该可信任分类实体为第一分类实体; 若从步骤 S105转入, 则该可信任分类实体为第二分类实体)获得的内容类别对所述内容进 行过滤。
上述的信任列表包含若干项,其中的每一项代表一个被该过滤实 体信任的分类实体, 该项中包括了对应的分类实体的 ID、 名称等信 息。 该信任列表可使用 XML形式保存, 例如:

从以上所示的 XML形式保存信任列表可以看出, 华北公司的这 个过滤服务器认为, 由华北公司的 001号分类服务器、 中国移动华南 中心服务器和 MPA 亚太区服务器分类的内容中的分类信息是可信 的。 而对于由其他分类服务器分类的内容, 需要重新分类。
需要说明的是,信任列表可以存储在内容过滤实体中或外部实体 中, 它是在分类流程发生之前就已经预先设置好了的。
如果信任列表存储在内容过滤实体中,则内容过滤实体同时提供 一个接口, 向外部实体暴露对信任列表的增、 删、 改、 查操作函数。
如果信任列表存储在外部实体中, 则外部实体提供接口, 暴露对 信任列表的增、 删、 改、 查操作函数, 同时内容过滤实体可以调用上 述函数获取与设置信任列表。
实施例 2、 支撑 CBCS系统中各个实体之间的信任模型的场景。 假定分类实体 A 个受过滤实体 C信任的分类实体; 分类实体 B 个不受滤实体 C信任的分类实体;
过滤实体 C - 一个过滤实体;
内容 1 个经分类实体 B分类过的已分类内容;
Bob - 一个 End-user。
包括下列步骤:
1、 Bob向 CP请求内容 1 , CP将内容 1经过移动网络发送给 Bob;
2、 内容 1经过内容过滤实体 C, 内容过滤实体 C读取内容 1的 meta data, 获知给该内容分类的实体是分类实体 B;
3、 根据内容过滤实体 C的信任规则, 如: 信任列表, 分类实体 B不受过内容滤实体 C信任, 因此内容过滤实体 C向分类实体 A请 求对内容 1重新分类;
4、 分类实体 A对内容 1重新分类, (并将分类信息加入到内容 1 的 meta data中 ); 5、 分类实体 A将(带有分类信息的内容 1 或 内容 1的类别信 息和 meta data )发送给过滤实体 B;
6、 内容过滤实体 C应用过滤规则, 对内容 1进行过滤;
7、 内容过滤实体 C将过滤后的内容 1发送给 Bob。
实施例 3、 提供了一种内容过滤实体, 以使内容过滤实体可进行 信任关系验证, 参见图 2所示, 包括: 接收单元 210、 读取单元 220、 判断单元 230和过滤单元 240; 进一步为了可保证内容过滤实体得到 可信任的内容类别, 从而支撑 CBCS 系统中各个实体之间的信任模 型, 还可包括: 分类请求单元 250。
接收单元 210 , 用于接收已分类内容;
读取单元 220 , 用于读取接收单元 210收到的已分类内容中携带 的分类实体信息和内容类别;
判断单元 230 , 用于根据读取单元 220读取的分类实体信息, 确 定对该内容进行分类的第一分类实体可信任时, 发出第一触发信号; 过滤单元 240 , 用于接收判断单元 230发出的第一触发信号, 并 以收到第一触发信号作为触发条件,以读取单元读取 220的内容类别 对接收单元 210收到的内容进行过滤;
判断单元 230 , 还用于根据读取单元 220读取的分类实体信息确 定对该内容进行分类的第一分类实体不可信任时, 发出第二触发信 号;
分类请求单元 250,用于接收判断单元 230发出的第二触发信号, 并以收到第二触发信号作为触发条件,向可信任的第二分类实体请求 对接收单元 210收到的内容重新分类;
接收单元 210 , 还用于接收第二分类实体返回的信息;
读取单元 220 , 还用于从接收单元收到的第二分类实体返回的信 息中读取重新分类后的内容类别;
过滤单元 240 , 还用于以读取单元 220读取的重新分类后的内容 类别对接收单元 210收到的内容进行过滤。
实施例 4、 提供了一种分类实体, 以使内容过滤实体可进行信任 关系验证, 如图 3所示, 包括: 分类单元 310和添加单元 320。
分类单元 310, 用于对待分类的内容进行分类;
添加单元 320, 用于将该分类实体的分类实体信息添加到分类单 元分类后的内容中。
实施例 5、 提供了一种内容过滤的系统, 以使内容过滤实体可进 行信任关系验证, 如图 4所示, 包括: 第一分类实体 410和内容过滤 实体 420; 进一步为了可保证内容过滤实体得到可信任的内容类别, 从而支撑 CBCS系统中各个实体之间的信任模型,还可包括: 第二分 类实体 430。
第一分类实体 410, 用于对内容进行初始分类, 并将第一分类实 体的分类实体信息添加到分类后的内容中。
内容过滤实体 420, 用于接收已分类内容, 并根据该已分类内容 中携带的分类实体信息确定对该内容进行分类的第一分类实体 410 可信任时, 则根据已分类内容中携带的内容类别对该内容进行过滤; 根据已分类内容中携带的分类实体信息确定对该内容进行分类的第 一分类实体 410不可信任时, 发出分类请求, 并根据返回内容类别对 该内容进行过滤。
第二分类实体 430, 与所述内容过滤实体存在信任关系, 用于接 收该内容过滤实体 420发出的分类请求, 并返回内容类别。
实施例 6、 提供了一种内容过滤的方法, 以使内容过滤实体可对 分类实体所用的分类标准进行验证。 参见图 5所示, 包括下列步骤: 步骤 S501、用户向 CP发出内容请求,在请求消息中携带内容 ID。 步骤 S502、 CP根据内容 ID,将对应的已分类内容通过网络发送 给用户, 在传输过程中经过内容过滤实体。
步骤 S503、 内容过滤实体读取待过滤的内容的 metadata,其中包 括内容的类别和对该内容进行分类的分类实体的分类实体信息,进一 步分类实体信息包括分类实体所在的国家或所使用的分类方案。
内容过滤实体根据该分类实体所在的国家或所使用的分类方案 判断该分类实体使用的分类标准是否与自己所使用的分类标准一致, (如使用的分类方案是否一致或分类实体所在的国家跟自己所在的 国家是否一致); 如果是, 转至步骤 S505。
进一步, 如果不是, 内容过滤实体也可釆取其它措施, 例如: 转 至步骤 S504或直接终止过滤操作。 若转至步骤 S504 , 则可支持当分 类实体和内容过滤实体使用不同分类标准时, 对内容类别的转换。
步骤 S504、 内容过滤实体按照分类对应表, 将该内容的类别转 换为自己所用的分类标准对应的内容类别。
步骤 S505、 内容过滤实体根据内容的类别, 进行内容过滤。 上述的分类标准可以是以下几种或它们的组合:
分类方案( Categorization Scheme ), 典型的例子有 MPA (美国电 影协会分类方案, 将内容分为 PG、 PG-13 等类别), ICRA (国际内 容分级协会分类方案)等;
国家属性也是一种分类标准;
运营商属性也是一种分类标准。
步骤 S504中所述的分类对应表,是存储在过滤实体中的一张表, 它记录了接收到的内容中的使用某种国家、分类方案产生的类别对应 到内容过滤实体本身标准的类别的对应关系 (规则)。 例如:

实施例 7、 支持当分类实体和内容过滤实体位于不同国家时, 对 内容类别的转换的场景。
4叚设分类实体 A - 位于日本的一个分类实体;
内容过滤实体 B - 位于中国的一个过滤实体;
内容 1 - 一首日本流行歌曲。
1、 内容过滤实体 B向分类实体 A请求对内容 1的分类;
2、 分类实体 A对内容 1进行分类, 并将分类信息加入到内容 1 的 meta data 中, 其中元素 Genre 的值设置为 " Pop " , 元素 ClassificationEntity/Coutry的值设置为 "jp";
3、分类实体 A将带有分类信息的内容 1发送给内容过滤实体 B;
4、 内容过滤实体 B读取内容 1的 meta data, 获知 Genre="Pop", ClassificationEntity/Country="jp";基于过内容滤实体 B自身设置的类 别转换规则, 将 Genre改为 "J-Pop" ;
5、 内容过滤实体 B应用过滤规则, 对内容 1进行过滤。
实施例 8、 提供了一种内容过滤实体, 以使内容过滤实体可对分 类实体所用的分类标准进行验证。 参见图 6所示, 其包括: 读取单元 610、 判断单元 620、 过滤单元 630; 进一步为了可支持当分类实体和 内容过滤实体使用不同分类标准时, 对内容类别的转换, 还可包括: 转换单元 640。
读取单元 610 , 用于读取已分类内容中携带的分类实体信息和内 容类别; 判断单元 620 , 用于根据读取单元 610读取的分类实体信息, 确 定对该内容进行分类的分类实体所用的分类标准与该内容过滤实体 一致时, 发出第一触发信号;
过滤单元 630 , 用于接收判断单元 620发出的第一触发信号, 并 以收到第一触发信号作为触发条件,以读取单元 610读取的内容类别 对所述内容进行过滤;
所述判断单元 620 , 还用于根据读取单元 610读取的分类实体信 息,确定对该内容进行分类的分类实体所用的分类标准与该内容过滤 实体不一致时, 发出第二触发信号;
转换单元 640 , 用于接收判断单元 620发出的第二触发信号, 并 以收到第二触发信号作为触发条件,将读取单元 610读取的内容类别 转换为该内容过滤实体所用的分类标准对应的内容类别, 并输出; 过滤单元 630 , 还用于以转换单元发来的内容类别对所述内容进 行过滤。
实施例 9、 提供了一种内容过滤的方法, 以支撑 CBCS系统中各 个实体之间的信任模型,并且还支持当分类实体和内容过滤实体使用 不同分类标准时, 对内容类别的转换, 包括下列步骤:
1、 用户向 CP发出内容请求, 在请求消息中携带内容 ID。
2、 CP根据内容 ID, 将对应的已分类内容通过网络发送给用户, 在传输过程中经过内容过滤实体。
3、 内容过滤实体读取该内容的 metadata, 其中包括该内容的类 别和分类实体信息,进一步分类实体信息包括对该内容进行分类的第 一分类实体的 ID或名称, 以及第一分类实体所在的国家或所用的分 类方案。 内容过滤实体检查第一分类实体的 ID或名称是否在内容过 滤实体的信任列表中; 如果不是, 转至步骤 4, 如果是, 转至步骤 6。
4、 内容过滤实体从信任列表中选择任一分类实体作为可信任的 第二分类实体, 并向第二分类实体发出分类请求, 在请求消息中携带 该内容或内容描述信息。
5、 第二分类实体向内容过滤实体返回该内容对应的类别, 同时 还返回第二分类实体的分类实体信息, 其中包括: 第二分类实体所在 的国家或所用的分类方案。
6、 内容过滤实体从可信任的分类实体(若从步骤 3转入, 则该 可信任分类实体为第一分类实体; 若从步骤 5转入, 则该可信任分类 实体为第二分类实体)获得所述内容的内容类别后, 根据该可信任分 类实体所在的国家或所用的分类方案,判断该可信任分类实体所用的 分类标准是否与该内容过滤实体一致, 若是, 则根据从该可信任分类 实体获得的内容类别对所述内容进行过滤; 否则, 按照分类对应表将 从该可信任分类实体获得的内容类别转换为该内容过滤实体所用的 分类标准对应的内容类别,并以转换后的内容类别对所述内容进行过 滤。
步骤 6中所述的分类对应表, 是存储在过滤实体中的一张表, 它 记录了接收到的内容中的使用某种国家、分类方案产生的类别对应到 内容过滤实体本身标准的类别的对应关系 (规则)。 例如:

综上所述, 本发明实施例在已分类内容中携带了分类实体信息, 使得内容过滤实体可对分类实体进行信任关系验证,并在确定分类实 体可信任时, 再进行过滤操作。
进一步,若内容过滤实体确定分类实体不可信任时,可釆取措施, 向可信任的其它分类实体请求重新分类,则可以保证内容过滤实体获 得其信任的分类实体确定的内容类别,从而支撑了 CBCS系统中各个 实体之间的信任模型。
又进一步, 本发明实施例 9中, 将实施例 1和实施例 6相结合, 不但可以保证内容过滤实体获得其信任的分类实体确定的内容类别, 支撑了 CBCS系统中各个实体之间的信任模型,而且还可以保证内容 过滤实体按照自己的分类标准确定内容类别,支持了当分类实体和内 容过滤实体使用不同分类标准时, 对内容类别的转换。 所以达到了更 优的效果。
本发明实施例在已分类内容中携带了分类实体信息,使得内容过 滤实体可对分类实体所用的分类标准进行验证,并在确定分类实体所 用的分类标准与该内容过滤实体一致时, 再进行过滤操作。
进一步,若内容过滤实体确定分类实体所用的分类标准与该内容 过滤实体不一致,则可将已分类内容中携带的内容类别转换为该内容 过滤实体所用的分类标准对应的内容类别,并以转换后的内容类别对 所述内容进行过滤。这样可以保证内容过滤实体按照自己的分类标准 确定内容类别,支持了当分类实体和内容过滤实体使用不同分类标准 时, 对内容类别的转换。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解 到本发明可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现, 当然也可 以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解, 本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以 软件产品的形式体现出来, 该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质 中, 包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机, 服 务器, 或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。
总之, 以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本 发明的保护范围。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

权利要求
1、 一种内容过滤的方法, 其特征在于, 包括下列步骤: 内容过滤实体收到已分类内容;
所述内容过滤实体根据该已分类内容中携带的分类实体信息确 定对该内容进行分类的第一分类实体可信任时,则根据已分类内容中 携带的内容类别对该内容进行过滤。
2、 如权利要求 1所述内容过滤的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 所述内容过滤实体确定对该内容进行分类的第一分类实体不可 信任时, 向可信任的第二分类实体请求对该内容重新分类, 并根据返 回的内容类别对该内容进行过滤。
3、 如权利要求 1所述内容过滤的方法, 其特征在于, 已分类内 容中携带的第一分类实体的分类实体信息包括:第一分类实体的标识 信息;
所述内容过滤实体根据第一分类实体的标识信息是否在该内容 过滤实体的信任列表中, 来判断第一分类实体是否可信任。
4、 如权利要求 2所述内容过滤的方法, 其特征在于, 所述内容 过滤实体从该内容过滤实体的信任列表中选择任一分类实体作为可 信任的第二分类实体。
5、 如权利要求 2所述内容过滤的方法, 其特征在于, 第二分类 实体对所述内容重新分类后, 还返回第二分类实体的分类实体信息。
6、 如权利要求 1所述内容过滤的方法, 其特征在于, 内容过滤 实体从可信任的分类实体获得所述内容的内容类别后,根据所述分类 实体信息确定该可信任分类实体所用的分类标准与该内容过滤实体 一致时,则根据从该可信任分类实体获得的内容类别对所述内容进行 过滤。
7、 如权利要求 1所述内容过滤的方法, 其特征在于, 内容过滤 实体确定所述可信任分类实体所用的分类标准与该内容过滤实体不 一致时,则将从该可信任分类实体获得的内容类别转换为该内容过滤 实体所用的分类标准对应的内容类别,并以转换后的内容类别对所述 内容进行过滤。
8、 如权利要求 7所述内容过滤的方法, 其特征在于, 所述分类 实体信息包括: 所述可信任分类实体的分类标准信息;
所述内容过滤实体根据该可信任分类实体的分类标准信息,判定 该可信任分类实体所用的分类标准与该内容过滤实体不一致时,按照 分类对应表将从该可信任分类实体获得的内容类别转换为该内容过 滤实体所用的分类标准对应的内容类别。
9、如权利要求 1至 5任一项所述内容过滤的方法, 其特征在于, 内容过滤实体收到已分类内容之前还包括: 分类实体对内容进行分 类: 通过在元数据 meta data中增加元素, 将该分类实体的分类实体 信息添加到该内容中。
10、 一种内容过滤实体, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收已分类内容;
读取单元 ,用于读取所述接收单元收到的已分类内容中携带的分 类实体信息和内容类别;

11、 如权利要求 10所述内容过滤的实体, 其特征在于, 所述判 断单元根据读取单元读取的分类实体信息确定对该内容进行分类的 第一分类实体不可信任时, 发出第二触发信号; 以及
所述内容过滤的实体还包括: 分类请求单元, 用于接收判断单元 发出的第二触发信号, 并以收到第二触发信号作为触发条件, 向可信 任的第二分类实体请求对接收单元收到的内容重新分类;
接收单元接收第二分类实体返回的信息;
读取单元从接收单元收到的第二分类实体返回的信息中读取重 新分类后的内容类别; 过滤单元以读取单元读取的重新分类后的内容类别对接收单元 收到的内容进行过滤。
12、 一种分类实体, 其特征在于, 包括:
分类单元, 用于对待分类的内容进行分类;
添加单元,用于将该分类实体的分类实体信息添加到所述分类单 元分类后的内容中。
13、 一种内容过滤的系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一分类实体, 用于对内容进行初始分类, 并将第一分类实体的 分类实体信息添加到分类后的内容中;
内容过滤实体, 用于接收已分类内容, 并根据该已分类内容中携 带的分类实体信息确定对该内容进行分类的第一分类实体可信任时, 则根据已分类内容中携带的内容类别对该内容进行过滤。
14、 如权利要求 13所述内容过滤的系统, 其特征在于, 所述内 容过滤实体根据已分类内容中携带的分类实体信息确定对该内容进 行分类的第一分类实体不可信任时, 发出分类请求, 并根据返回内容 类别对该内容进行过滤;
所述内容过滤的系统还包括: 第二分类实体, 与所述内容过滤实 体存在信任关系, 用于接收该内容过滤实体发出的分类请求, 并返回 内容类别。
15、 一种内容过滤的方法, 其特征在于, 包括下列步骤: 内容过滤实体根据已分类内容中携带的分类实体信息,确定对该 内容进行分类的分类实体所用的分类标准与该内容过滤实体一致时, 则根据已分类内容中携带的内容类别对该内容进行过滤。
16、 如权利要求 15所述内容过滤的方法, 其特征在于, 内容过 滤实体根据已分类内容中携带的分类实体信息,确定对该内容进行分 类的分类实体所用的分类标准与该内容过滤实体不一致时,将已分类 内容中携带的内容类别转换为该内容过滤实体所用的分类标准对应 的内容类别, 并以转换后的内容类别对所述内容进行过滤。
17、 如权利要求 16所述内容过滤的方法, 其特征在于, 所述分 类实体信息包括: 对所述内容进行分类的分类实体的分类标准信息; 所述内容过滤实体根据该分类实体的分类标准信息,确定该分类 实体所用的分类标准与该内容过滤实体不一致时,按照分类对应表将 已分类内容中携带的内容类别转换为该内容过滤实体所用的分类标 准对应的内容类别。
18、如权利要求 15至 17任一项所述内容过滤的方法, 其特征在 于, 内容过滤实体收到已分类内容之前还包括: 分类实体对内容进行 分类: 通过在元数据 meta data中增加元素, 将该分类实体的分类实 体信息添加到该内容中。
19、 一种内容过滤实体, 其特征在于, 包括:
读取单元,用于读取已分类内容中携带的分类实体信息和内容类 别;
判断单元, 用于根据所述读取单元读取的分类实体信息, 确定对 该内容进行分类的分类实体所用的分类标准与该内容过滤实体一致 时, 发出第一触发信号;
过滤单元, 用于接收所述判断单元发出的第一触发信号, 并以收 到第一触发信号作为触发条件,以所述读取单元读取的内容类别对所 述内容进行过滤。
20、 如权利要求 19所述内容过滤的实体, 其特征在于, 所述判 断单元根据读取单元读取的分类实体信息,确定对该内容进行分类的 分类实体所用的分类标准与该内容过滤实体不一致时,发出第二触发 信号; 以及
所述内容过滤的实体还包括: 转换单元, 用于接收判断单元发出 的第二触发信号, 并以收到第二触发信号作为触发条件, 将读取单元 读取的内容类别转换为该内容过滤实体所用的分类标准对应的内容 类别, 并输出;
过滤单元以转换单元发来的内容类别对所述内容进行过滤。
