Abstract

This invention relates to a system wherein the gap between the bottom of the inward opening door mechanisms and the footstep of the busses is isolated by a system that a rubber isolation piece (1) and a brush (2) are used together. In the mentioned system there exists a rubber isolation piece (1) in the half of the door (3) that is close to actuator (4) and on the outside face of the door; and there exists a door seal strip brush (2) in the half of the door (3) that is remote from the actuator (4) and on the inside face of the door. The rubber isolation piece provides isolation by being stretched when the door (3) is closed; and when the door (3) is open, it is folded. Also the steal strip brush (2) has a slot montage which is suitable for height adjustment in order to readjust it to a required level in case of abrasion.

Description

DESCRIPTION
SEALING ARRANGEMENT FOR BOTTOM PART OF INWARDLY SWIVELING DOORS
Field of invention
This invention relates to usage of height adjustable door seal strip brushes together with foldable rubber, in the isolation of bottom gaps- of inward opening doors; and therefore longer utilization period is achieved.
Background of the invention
There exists a gap between the bottom of the door and the footstep in the busses which have inward opening mechanisms. This gap between the bottom of the door and the footstep which provides the door to be opened and closed easily; causes air, dust and water enter into the bus, therefore it requires isolation. This isolation to be made should have a structure that would not constrain the movement of the door and would prevent entrance of air, dust and water into the bus .
In the present state of art, this gap between the bottom of inward opening doors and the footstep of the busses is isolated by a rubber piece, which covers the bottom of the door completely. However, this rubber isolation piece, no matter how neatly its first adjustment is made, stretches and deforms in time because of the fraction. The deformed rubber isolation piece; as well as causing an unpleasant appearance, can not prevent entrance of air, dust and water from outside into the bus . Detailed description of the invention
In the isolation system which is the subject of this invention, the isolation of the bottom gap between the inward opening bus doors (3) and the footstep is provided by a mechanism wherein a foldable rubber (1) and height adjustable door seal strip brush (2) are used together.
In this mechanism, which is the subject of this invention, as it is seen in Figure 1, which is the appearance of door in closed position from inside the bus; there exists a rubber isolation piece (1) in the half that is close to the actuator (4) and on the outside face of the door; and there exists a door seal strip brush (2) in the half that is remote from the actuator (4) and on the inside face of the door.
Rubber isolation piece (1) is in stretched position when the door (3) is in closed position and it provides isolation. When the door (3) is in the open position, rubber isolation piece (1) is folded and facilitates the door's (3) opening, also decreases the depreciation.
In the door bottom gap isolation mechanism which is the subject of this invention, the brush (2) which is placed in the half of the door that is remote from the actuator (4) and on the inside face of the door (3) is with slot; that is, it has a height adjustable structure by the help of its montage which allows it to move vertically within the slot in which montage elements are mounted. The brush (2) is adjustable to its new position in case of abrasion in time. In Figure 2 the door (3) is shown in closed position from outside of the bus, as it is mentioned above; the rubber isolation piece (1) in the half of the door (3) that is close to the actuator (4) and on the outside face of the door; the height adjustable seal strip brush (2) in the half of the door (3) that is remote from the actuator (4) and on the inside face of the door; are seen.
By the help of the isolation system which is the subject of this invention that provides visual and functional development in the door bottom isolation; by the application of shortened rubber (1) as well as preventing the rubber isolation piece (1) from abrasion and becoming useless; by the help of the brush which is readjustable to a required level in case of abrasion, isolation is supported.
