Abstract

Provided is a screen plate of a rotor for cutting wastepaper, which functions as a fixed blade and the running cost of which can be remarkably reduced. In the screen plate (50), when the eye hole peripheral edges (B) positioned on the upper surface of a screen plate portion (52) are worn and deformed due to its sliding contact with cutter blades (60, 61, 62), the upper and lower surfaces of the screen plate portion can be so replaced that the eye hole peripheral edges positioned on the lower surface are brought into sliding contact with the cutter blades (60, 61, 62).
