Abstract

An image processing device (1) processes compressed image data on processing object images which have been subjected to a compression process by using DCT encoding. In the image processing device (1), a DCT coefficient acquisition unit (51) decompresses the compressed image data and acquires a DCT coefficient calculated by the decompression process. A DCT feature amount generation unit (52) generates a multi-dimensional feature amount based on a plurality of DCT coefficients. According to the DCT coefficient, a region judging unit (53) performs a region judgment of the image region corresponding to the DCT coefficient of the processing object image.
