Abstract

The present invention encompasses a construction element formed as a wall portion ('B') with one or more ducts integrated in the construction element, where a first such duct (112') can be adaptable for and intended for air exchange, by permitting the passage therethrough of an air current, and/or where a second such duct (122') can be adaptable for and intended for a raceway or cable conduit, by permitting the passage therethrough of one or more optical and/or electrical cables and/or the like. Said construction element ('B') is structured with outer panel-shaped wall portions (3, 4) and with a frame construction oriented between these wall portions and adapted for fixedly supporting the wall portions. The duct (112') is adapted to be able to extend along the construction or wall element ('B') and be oriented close to its one, such as its inner, wall portion (4). Said duct (112') is adapted to terminate at its distal and open end section, either in association with the diverging short ends ('B6A') of the wall portion or in association with a roof portion and/or bottom portion allocated an element, where said termination is adapted to take place either in association with a terminal box (112) coordinable with the open end of the duct or with a coupling box or piece.
