Abstract

This device is about the finish of martial art belt (practice wear for martial art). At the end of each part, finishing materials, which are made by various substances like synthetic resins, are added. And those are fixed by sewing process, so the progress can be minimized. Through the process, rearrangement of labor and maximization of effective working environment are made to have better productivity. The finishing material of martial art belt (1) is having the shape of hollo wness of rectangular parallelepiped of thin board. One part is opened to make the belt to be fixed at the middle of rectangular parallelepiped. So it forms convex part while the other parts are all closed. With two largest closed part of rectangular parallelepiped, some space for having trademark, the name of user, and other information can be displayed. So it can be applied for various ways.

Technical Field

[I] This device is about the finishing materials of martial art belts for the people who train Taekwondo, Judo, Hapkido, or any other martial arts wearing martial art suits. It fixes the upper part of the suit neatly by improving the finishing material of martial art belt with using various materials in both ends of the above suit.

[2] Generally, martial art belts give neatness of martial art suits like Taekwondo,

Hapkido, Kendo, and any other martial art wears. And also it shows the level (by colors) of the people who practice martial arts. By using textile, the martial art belt forms constant width and length. And for the feelings and thickness, two or more folds are created by sewing. Especially for the mass production, automated facilities have been used recently. Those facilities support textile, at the same time, control the width and length automatically.

[4] So the device is for solving the above problems by adding finishing materials made by synthetic resins and other materials in each end of belt. And by using sewing operation for fixing, the progress became simplified. And rearrangement of labor and maximization of operation for maximum productivity could be made.

[8] So in order to solve these problems, the workers take hand job to get rid of the sewing section. And the cutting parts are finished and then sewing process is conducted again.

The above belt finishing material (1) is having the shape of hollowness of rectangular parallelepiped of thin board. One part is opened to make the belt to be fixed at the middle of rectangular parallelepiped. So it forms a convex part (10) while the other parts are all closed. With two largest closed part of rectangular parallelepiped, some space for having trademark, the name of user, and other information can be displayed. So it can be applied for various ways.
