以及在存在已经建立的其他会话的情况下, 判 断已经建立的其他会话所对应的 MBMS服务区与修改后的 MBMS服务区是 否存在至少一个相同的小区。 当判断结果为存在至少一个相同的小区时, RNC确定 MBMS会话更新 消息中修改后的 MBMS服务区不合法, 向 SGSN返回 MBMS会话更新失败 消息。 另外,当判断结果为 RNC上不存在同一个 MBMS业务的已经建立的其 他会话, 或者不存在至少一个相同的小区时, RNC确定 MBMS会话更新消 息中修改后的 MBMS服务区合法, 并按照现有协议来处理 MBMS会话更新 请求。 本发明还提供了一种 Iu接口并行的多媒体广播组播业务会话的更新装 置, 其可以包括: 检测单元, 用于在收到 SGSN的 MBMS会话更新消息后, 检测 MBMS会话修改后的 MBMS服务区和同一个业务的其它会话的 MBMS 服务区是否交叠,并根据检测结果进行多媒体广播组播业务会话的更新操作。 其中, MBMS会话更新消息中携带有修 _?文后的 MBMS /^务区。 检测单元中可以包括: 第一判断单元, 用于判断 R C上是否存在同一 个 MBMS 业务的已经建立的其他会话; 以及第二判断单元, 用于在第一判 断单元判断存在已经建立的其他会话的情况下, 判断已经建立的其他会话所 对应的 MBMS服务区与修改后的 MBMS服务区是否存在至少一个相同的小 区。 另外, 该更新装置还可以包括: 返回单元, 用于在第二判断单元的检测 结果为存在至少一个相同的小区的情况下, 返回 MBMS会话更新失败消息; 以及处理单元, 用于在第一判断单元的判断结果为不存在同一个 MBMS 业 务的已经建立的其他会话, 或者第二判断单元的判断结果为不存在至少一个 相同的小区的情况下, 确定 MBMS ^舌更新消息中修改后的 MBMS服务区 合法, 并按照现有协议来处理 MBMS会话更新请求。 因而, 通过本发明, 可以解决现有协议中存在的问题, 能够在 CDMA 系统中对 Iu接口并行的 MBMS业务进行会话更新。 本发明的其它特征和优点将在随后的说明书中阐述, 并且, 部分地从说 明书中变得显而易见, 或者通过实施本发明而了解。 本发明的目的和其他优 点可通过在所写的说明书、 权利要求书、 以及附图中所特别指出的结构来实 现和获得。 附图说明 此处所说明的附图用来提供对本发明的进一步理解,构成本申请的一部 分, 本发明的示意性实施例及其说明用于解释本发明, 并不构成对本发明的 不当限定。 在附图中: 图 1是现有技术中 MBMS业务的系统的结构模型图; 图 2是 MBMS业务区域与本地业务区域的关系的示意图; 图 3是现有技术中 Iu接口 MBMS 舌开始流程的示意图; 图 4是现有技术中 Iu接口 MBMS会话更新流程的示意图; 图 5是本发明的 Iu接口 MBMS会话更新流程的示意图; 以及 图 6是根据本发明的 Iu接口并行的多媒体广播组播业务^舌的更新装 置的框图。 具体实施方式 以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明, 应当理解, 此处所描述 的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明, 并不用于限定本发明。 图 5是本发明的 Iu接口 MBMS会话更新流程的示意图。该方法概括包 括以下步骤: RNC收到 SGSN的 MBMS会话更新消息后,检测 MBMS会话 修改后的 MBMS 服务区和同一个业务的其它会话的 MBMS 服务区是否交 叠, 并根据检测结果进行相应操作。 其中, MBMS ^更新消息中携带有修^的 MBMS服务区。 检测修改后的 MBMS服务区和同一个业务的其它 舌的 MBMS服务区 是否交叠, 是通过以下处理来完成的: 判断 RNC上是否存在同一个 MBMS 业务的已经建立的其他会话; 以及在存在已经建立的其他会话的情况下, 判 断已经建立的其他会话所对应的 MBMS服务区与修改后的 MBMS服务区是 否存在至少一个相同的小区。 当检测结果为存在至少一个相同的小区时, R C确定 MBMS会话更新 消息中修改后的 MBMS服务区不合法, 向 SGSN返回 MBMS会话更新失败 消息。 另外,当判断结果为 RNC上不存在同一个 MBMS业务的已经建立的其 他会话, 或者不存在至少一个相同的小区时, RNC确定 MBMS会话更新消 息中修改后的 MBMS服务区合法, 并按照现有协议来处理 MBMS会话更新 请求。 以下结合图 2与图 5 , 对本发明的会话更新过程进行详细描述。 如图 2所示, 某个 MBMS广播业务用于发送全国性的交通路况信息, 业务的广播业务区为整个国家的范围。 根据业务内容的地域性特点, 将该业 务的广播业务区按照地理区域划分成 3个本地广播区域八、 B、 C, 其中包含 的小区不存在交叠, 在各个本地广播区域内分别发送对应本地广播区域相关 的交通路况信息, 即 UE在本地广播区域 A、 B、 C中可能收到不同的交通路 况信息。该 MBMS广播业务的会话开始时 BM-SC分别针对本地广播区域 A、 B、 C 发起该业务的 MBMS会话开始, 处在本地广播区域 A、 B、 C边界的 RNC同时包含了 3个本地广 区域对应的小区, 相应地, RNC针对本地广 播区域 A、 B、 C各建立了一个 MBMS会话 A、会话 B、会话 C, 三个 MBMS 会话的服务区包含的小区完全不同, UE在本地广播区域 A的小区中能且只 能收到业务内容 1 , 在本地广播区域 B的小区中能且只能收到业务内容 2, 在本地广播区域 C的小区中能且只能收到业务内容 3。 在业务进行过程中, BM-SC 根据需要调整了该业务的本地广播区域划 分, 区域 A对应的 MBMS SA有变化。 于是 BM-SC使用 MBMS会话更新流 程经过中间业务节点 GGSN、 SGSN通知到该 RNC, 如图 5所示, 具体包含 ^下步骤:
S502, SGSN向 RNC发送 MBMS会话 A 的 "MBMS会话更新" 消息, 其中携带该 MBMS广播业务的本地广播区 i或八4,爹改后的 MBMS SA;
S504, RNC收到 "MBMS会话更新" 消息, 首先检查 RNC上存在同 一个 MBMS业务的其他会话 B和会话 C, 再检查 "MBMS会话更新" 消息 中 f 改后的本地广播区域 A对应的 MBMS SA与该业务的会话 B和会话 C 对应的 MBMS SA是否存在交叠,即本地广播区域 A与 B或 C的 MBMS SA 中是否包含至少一个相同的小区, 如果是, 执行步骤 S506, 如果否执行步骤 S508; S506, RNC判定" MBMS会话更新,,消息中的 MBMS服务区不合法, 向 该 SGSN返回" MBMS会话更新失败 "消息;
S508, RNC判定" MBMS会话更新"消息中的 MBMS服务区合法,按照 现有协议来处理 MBMS会话更新请求, 即比较该 MBMS广播业务的会话 A 的修改前和修改后的 MBMS SA中包含的小区, 在修改后的 MBMS SA包含 但修改前的 MBMS SA不包含的小区中建立 MBMS承载,在修改后的 MBMS SA不包含但修改前的 MBMS SA包含的小区中删除 MBMS承栽, 同时包含 在爹改前和修 文后的 MBMS SA中的小区的 MBMS承载不受影响。 图 6是根据本发明的 Iu接口并行的多媒体广播组播业务^舌的更新装 置的框图。 如图 6所示, 该装置包 ·ί : 检测单元 602, 用于在收到 SGSN的 MBMS会话更新消息后,检测 MBMS会话修改后的 MBMS服务区和同一个 业务的其它会话的 MBMS服务区是否交叠, 并根据检测结果进行相应操作。 其中, MBMS ^舌更新消息中携带有修改后的 MBMS服务区。 检测单元中 602可以包括: 第一判断单元 6022, 用于判断 RNC上是否 存在同一个 MBMS业务的已经建立的其他会话; 以及第二判断单元 6024, 用于在第一判断单元 6022 判断存在已经建立的其他会话的情况下, 判断已 经建立的其他会话所对应的 MBMS服务区与被修改的会话修改后的 MBMS 服务区是否存在至少一个相同的小区。 另外,该更新装置还可以包括:返回单元 604,用于在第二判断单元 6024 的检测结果为存在至少一个相同的小区的情况下, 返回 MBMS 会话更新失 败消息; 以及处理单元 606, 用于在第一判断单元 6022的检测结果为不存在 同一个 MBMS业务的已经建立的其他会话, 或者第二判断单元 6024的检测 结果为不存在至少一个相同的小区的情况下, 确定 MBMS 会话更新消息中 修改后的 MBMS服务区合法,并按照现有协议来处理 MBMS会话更新请求。 综上所述, 通过本发明, 可以解决现有协议中存在的问题, 能够在 CDMA系统中对 Iu接口并行的 MBMS业务进行^ ΐ更新。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护 范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种 Iu接口并行的多媒体广播组播业务会话的更新方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
无线网络控制器收到服务通用分组无线业务支持节点的多媒体广 播组播业务会话更新消息后, 检测所述多媒体广播组播业务会话的修改 后的多媒体广播组播业务服务区和同一个业务的其它^舌的多媒体广播 组播业务服务区是否交叠, 并根据检测结果进行多媒体广播组播业务会 话的更新操作。
2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的更新方法, 其特征在于, 所述多媒体广播组播业 务会话更新消息中携带有所述修改后的多媒体广播组播业务服务区。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的更新方法, 其特征在于, 所述检测修改后的多媒 体广播组播业务服务区和同一个业务的其它会话的多媒体广播组播业务 服务区是否交叠, 是通过以下处理来完成的:
判断所述无线网络控制器上是否存在同一个多媒体广播组播业务 的已经建立的其他会话; 以及
在存在所述已经建立的其他会话的情况下,判断所述已经建立的其 他会话所对应的多媒体广播组播业务服务区与所述修改后的多媒体广播 组播业务服务区是否存在至少一个相同的小区。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的更新方法, 其特征在于, 当判断结果为存在所述 至少一个相同的小区时, 所述服务通用分组无线业务支持节点返回多媒 体广播组播业务会话更新失败消息。
5. 根据权利要求 3所述的更新方法, 其特征在于, 当判断结果为所述无线 网络控制器上不存在同一个多媒体广播组播业务的已经建立的其他会 话, 或者不存在所述至少一个相同的小区时, 所述无线网络控制器确定 所述多媒体广播组播业务会话更新消息中所述修改后的多媒体广播组播 业务服务区合法, 并处理多媒体广播组播业务会话更新请求。
6. 一种 Iu接口并行的多媒体广播组播业务^ 舌的更新装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
检测单元,用于在收到服务通用分组无线业务支持节点的多媒体广 播组播业务会话更新消息后, 检测所述多媒体广播组播业务会话的修改 后的多媒体广播组播业务服务区和同一个业务的其它^舌的多媒体广播 组播业务服务区是否交叠, 并根据检测结果进行多媒体广播组播业务会 话的更新操作。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的更新装置, 其特征在于, 所述多媒体广播组播业 务会话更新消息中携带有所述修改后的多媒体广播组播业务服务区。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的更新装置, 其特征在于, 所述检测单元中包括: 第一判断单元,用于判断无线网络控制器上是否存在同一个多媒体 广 "组#"业务的已经建立的其他会话; 以及
第二判断单元,用于在所述第一判断单元判断存在所述已经建立的 其他会话的情况下, 判断所述已经建立的其他会话所对应的多媒体广播 组播业务服务区与所述修改后的多媒体广播组播业务服务区是否存在至 少一个相同的小区。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的更新装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
返回单元,用于在所述第二判断单元的判断结果为存在所述至少一 个相同的小区的情况下, 返回多媒体广播组播业务会话更新失败消息。
10. 根据权利要求 8所述的更新装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
处理单元,用于在所述第一判断单元的判断结果为不存在同一个多 媒体广播组播业务的已经建立的其他会话, 或者所述第二判断单元的判 断结果为不存在所述至少一个相同的小区的情况下, 确定所述多媒体广 播组播业务^"更新消息中所述修改后的多媒体广播组播业务服务区合 法, 并处理多媒体广播组播业务会话更新请求。
