Abstract

Изобретение описывает способ и устройство для регистрации процессов на границе жидкость-твердое тело и относится к области поверхностных сенсоров, основанных на возбуждении поверхностных волноводных электромагнитных волн на границе раздела жидкость-твердое тело. Сущность изобретения заключается в том, что по крайней мере часть данного твердого тела вблизи данной границы раздела составляют из слоев с периодически меняющимися показателями преломления, т.е. в качестве твердого тела используют фотонный кристалл, причем толщину слоев выбирают таким образом, чтобы данное электромагнитное излучение возбуждало более чем одну поверхностную волноводную моду на данной границе раздела жидкость-фотонный кристалл. Одновременная регистрация двух или более поверхностных волноводных мод, с разными глубинами проникновения поля электромагнитной волны в объем жидкости, позволяет разделить поверхностные и объемные эффекты друг от друга. Технический результат заключается в том, что возможность разделить поверхностные и объемные сигналы друг от друга приводит к уменьшению влияния объемных шумов и к повышению чувствительности.
